Just ate BLACK MOLD! I get super sick easily by my poor immune system and my blood disorder. This isn't the first time I've gotten food poisoning from this only location. I want a refund or someone to get in touch with me because this is totally unacceptable and now I'm afraid that I'll be sick tomorrow for my long shift. I've never paid to be sick. I paid to be fed.

On the way back to Vancouver we visited this Jack in box drive through. It reminded me of dude where is my car movie, funny. Was there like two months ago, during the night. Kid you not, the tacos I ordered were not completely cooked, they were undercooked, cold, and soggy, not crunchy how they usually are. I was very disappointed because I was already halfway driving towards Lynnwood when I started eating them. Undercooked.
It's Jack in the box. You aren't going here to make good choices. Halfsie fries and what they call tacos. Whatever stoner dream sandwich they came up with this month.

Yikes.When we came in it wasn't busy when it probably should have been. Red flag number one. I asked if they are usually slow at this time and the cashier said yes and they usually clean. It was pretty dirty in the seating area and we didn't see one table that looked wiped down. We were so hungry and set on jack n the box that we went ahead and ordered anyway.The fries had been sitting out and there was a handful or two of fries in each basket. I noticed a sign that said no recording facing the customers. Odd.But ok.They gave my husband the cold fries as part of his meal-which there's a sign that says "made fresh when you order"....The soda machine... there is one that has many different flavors but only five worked and non of them what I wanted (sprite) and other typical drinks not even available.I used the bathroom-which, you have to get a key for that is attached to a colorful squeaking chicken. Normal for this area, that didn't bother me much.What did bother me was the bathroom floor-no wet floor sign but a decent amount of water and solution left on the bathroom floor. Enough to where it was pooling and it felt greasy and if I hand t been extremely careful, I would have fallen. Not only in the bathroom but also when I left the bathroom as my shoe bottoms now still were wet and greasy.It was as if they threw cleaner on the floor with water, swished a mop around a bit but never finished or rinsed it off and poured solution all over.The trash bins were still full.I don't have faith in this place.Not to mention my tacos, super super greasy with little meat and stuffed mostly with lettuce

I went there for my favorite Burger, which is the jumbo Jack with cheese. This Burger is my standby, and it's always great. The atmosphere is not the greatest. But, Hey, it's a fast food joint. Not too big a problem. I took one star off the overall review, because now they are charging 27 cents for a container of barbecue sauce. Otherwise, Jack in the box is a great place to eat.Parking: Big lot. Parking is shared with other stores in a strip mall.Kid-friendliness: They have some menu options tailored for kids, and kids are welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.
