First time at a Jersey Mikes and it was absolutely shocking…with how incredible it was. Everything was top notch, from service to sandwich to watching the fabulous employees do a proper job at cleaning and sanitising after creating sandwich masterpieces. I hope everyone gets paid $100/hr because they deserve it. Michellin Star Quality. Can’t wait to come back!!!!!!!!!!

The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. When you go into order of Sandwich. There was make sure that we get the best deal possible. Where is talk about train a different Sandwich besides the Italian, but when they do something so great, we stick with it. The cookies and brownies do not look like much, but they are so good! My only complaint is I wish they had better beverage choices.

I've been to Jersey Mike's 2 times in my life and both times were this location in the last 2 months. The first time I told them I had never been before and they didn't explain anything, but they waited for me to look at the menu. I ordered an 8 reg which was better than subway, but too many onions, my friend said their bread was tough. The second time I ordered a 44 reg. They asked my friend if he wanted his 7 reg to be "Mike's way" and explained what that meant. I was eager to get the "Mike's way" on my sandwich too. I waited a while. I saw a lady put ingredients from the "making bench" back into the ingredients bins instead of into the food catch tray underneath. After a while they gave me my sandwich wrapped up in the bag. I did not understand why they didn't ask what veggies i wanted on this sandwich like they did the first time I went. I was bummed because I wanted it "Mike's way" with jalapeños instead of onions but I dint know I was supposed to say that at the beginning. We left and went home, then I saw my sandwich was smaller than my friend's and we both ordered regular- another bummer. I took 2 bites of my soggy sandwich and spit out something hard and dry, it was the chicken. I took 2 more bites and realized all the chicken was hard and tough (overcooked). I took another bite and had to spit it out.the meat was too tough and I couldn't eat my sandwich- bummer number 3Subway's cookies are better- bummer number 4. I gave my mom the sandwich and cookie.Update: it's been a few hours, mom and I both have food poisoning symptoms (basement runs) no one else in the house has those symptoms and we all eat the same food, except jersey Mike's....Parking: I drove around twice before I could find a spot. 1st time here!! This is a National Leaugue Sub Sando !! ?I had the #8 Club SubTurkey, ham, provolone, applewood smoked bacon & mayo and made it Mikes way. Such a delicious fresh sub !!Was so impressed , the guys working there made it easy for usWill be back for sure

This is more about Jersey Mikes as a whole and not so much this location. This location is clean and the employees seem nice but the overall quality of the food has gotten really bad over the last few years. They got rid of our favorite sandwich a while back (The Rueben) so we've tried different sandwiches and each is just really poor quality with not much flavor. I think we're done here and will just try Jimmy John's from now on.

This is a good Jersey Mike's Subs location. We ordered a Club Supreme and Mike's Famous Philly cheesesteak, both sandwiches were made as ordered. We also ordered drinks and chips. We were pleased with our meal and service.

So normally I am pretty satisfied with this location. But this time ordered and had bacon put on sandwich, one bite in and something was off about the bacon. Didn't finish sandwich just in case. Few hours later got horribly sick and it continued through most of the next day. I can't remember the last time I had been so sick. Definitely makes me second guess things

Ordered a catered box for my co-workers served 12 they gave me 6 mustards and 1 mayonnaise wich was ridiculous I tipped 20% now I wish I hadn't. Other than that food was ok would have been great if I had mayo.

I have yet to have a Jersey Mike's Sub, simply being transparent. I appreciate what the corporation does for the community based on their frequent television ads. Based on the "Google" reviews of THIS PARTICULAR Jersey Mike's location (YES PEOPLE DO READ THESE!) I will make a point of NOT visiting this particular location as I hope to have a better experience for my first time visit as compared to many before me. Franchises take note, or not!
