Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting and expensive. We paid ~$30 for a gluten free spicy Thai pizza and it was terrible. I still feel sick from it nearly two hours later. It just tasted like it was loaded with sodium and oil. Flavor was completely off and the crust was burnt, not to mention it was the consistency and appearance of cardboard... oil drenched cardboard. Yuck. What a disappointment. We've had this same order at a different location with no issue. Won't be coming here again.

Place looks gross inside, and the pizza also looked iffy—so much so that my sister and I joked it might give us food poisoning. Sadly, it did. Both of us became ill that night. Please save yourself and go somewhere else.

Our food wax 70 $ I gave the driver 13 $ tip and the driver was supposed to give me my change . All he had was coins and I said ok I'll accept the coins and dudes hands over the pizza and kept the change. I mean if someone is typing generously you would expect that they give back the change even if it was in coin

Ordered Pizza and wings. Received my wings like this. Just sitting in a box. Looks like they just drizzled hot sauce on them after the fact. Messaged the company asking to just refund the wings, never got a response back. Do what you will with that.

Not the same as it used to be! I miss the messy robust Jumbo Jet! The last few times I ordered for pickup I was extremely disappointed with the quality. Very light sauce and the bell peppers on my pizza were diced. Step it up!

I was looking for a good local pizza that would deliver. The pizza wait time was not terrible, about a 50-minute wait. When the driver came he didn't have my soda that I ordered, which was frustrating. When I asked the driver, all he said was "they didn't give me a soda" and then walked off. I also requested no salami and unfortunately my pizza still had salami... if not extra. The pizza quality was not worth the price I paid.

Have been waiting for the place to re-open. Could not have been more disappointed . So little sauce, oily, couldn't distinguish between the Jumbo jet or deluxe Hawaiian on my plate after I dished up.Threw the equivalent of a whole pizza in the garbage this morning.

Food here is always great. Do not I repeat do not order for delivery. Delivery was almost 30 min later than what was told to us. On top of that I tried calling the number posted online and after multiple calls where it went to a voicemail that was full someone finally answered. Now I am Korean American and speak English perfectly fine but I could not understand the person on the other line. We exchanged confused words for a few sentences and then they hung up on me. 5 min later my pizza showed up and I could not understand the delivery driver as well. I tried to explain to him that I tried calling and couldn't understand what the person on the other line was saying and he just told me that there was a language barrier. Yeah no kidding. Love jet city and the pizza but will be sticking to pickup only from now on. Out of curiosity I checked other reviews and the biggest thing I noticed is that not one of them had a response from jet city. As a small business owner myself my customers are my number one priority. The fact that they don't respond to any of the negative or positive reviews is mind boggling to me. Used to love this place and with a family of five out bill was always significant. Unfortunately might be time to find a better place that cares about their customers.
