The staff was rude and unattentive. The food was fine. Not great, just blah. My son and I go out to dinner 2x a month and we were excited to try this restaurant but we were disappointed. We also ordered baklava and it was soggy and gross. The worst I've ever had. This restaurant used to be awesome back on the day, but this time was a huge swing and a miss.

I've been here twice, once a long time ago and just recently, both times. It seems like they just throw you food togetherness and it looks bad. I've been to the other kafe neo locations and this one is absolutely the worst one, out of them all.

Stay a way from this place, I have a takeout tonight and it was terrible burnt chicken smell like a fire. The salad was spoiled, and our entire order was mixed up and it’s tasted like a pig Food. Found not eat any of it … Getting my money back.

I’ve been coming here for years and while i do like some of the food, when I’ve been coming these past handful of months every so often, the service thru the drive thru is terrible. I’ve had one nice person help me and other than that, the other persons just been not warm or friendly. I’ve at times have waited 10 minutes at least for someone to at least say hello and take payment.They also don’t have everything on their menu at the drive thru more of it is online.Their neo bowl is good but also at times way too oily. I’ve had them a few times now and this last time the girl told me it’ll be 20-25 minutes so next time you need to call to order because if it’s busy it’ll take up to an hour.I get if it gets busy but why do they take so long to make? It doesn’t make sense to me at all.My main thing is please work on customer service and friendliness. Otherwise i won’t be coming back to this location.
