All I ordered was biscuits with mashed potatoes and gravy. Potatoes weren’t bad but the biscuits. Oh my the biscuits; were hard and inedible. I took a video of how incredibly hard they were but I can’t upload videos in the reviews. I was actually using force hitting them against the table and they were like hockey pucks. It’s shameful to give that quality of food to a customer. I will never go back to this location. Next time, I’ll make the drive to the Popeyes for better biscuits. Hopefully, for ones you can actually eat.

The entire crew were arguing. No one even acknowledged me until I asked if anyone was going to help me after 15 minutes of standing and waiting. Took 3 people to tell me my order was bumped off the screen, another worker said someone already picked it up. I ordered at 4:45 to pick up at 5:45 and waited until 6:20.

went to KFC tonight because i really wanted a biscuit. i ended up ordering a nugget meal that comes with fries and a biscuit. my fries were stale and hard as a rock. tasted like fryer oil. my biscuit was also rock hard and didn’t come with butter or honey. i am so disappointed. will not be retuning to this

Every time I’ve been in, whether for a delivery or for pick up on food, everyone has been beyond rude, running around always behind and literally yelling at eachother, the manager constantly yells.

Every time I order from this place they miss something. But also, walking into this place, I’ve never not heard who I’m assuming is the manager yelling at the employees. Literally just heard her yell at someone “if you give them the opportunity they will eff it up” super unprofessional, can be heard throughout the entire store. Super uncomfortable.

This KFC is absolutely ridiculous. I sat and waited for over 30 minutes for my $73.00 online order that stated it was ready, I understand being short staffed and being busy but when you are in a dining room full of people waiting for their orders and not a single employee acknowledges a single customer after making eye contact multiple times or walking by without a simple sorry for the wait everyone or asking if anyone needed anything on top of that you can clearly hear employees talking badlyaboutpreviouscustomers which is completely unprofessional, rude and totally uncalled for. Extremely poor customer service. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars.

The night manager is taking advantage of your buisness. She is slow and rude and dose not acknowledge customer who walk in. I saw people walk in and it took 7 minutes before she said "what do you want" that is poor customer service. Not to mention instead of helping the cooks prepare the order the manager sits down and complains about the store, working there and leadership. I will let my freinds and family know not to return to this kfc such a horrible experience to go in to order food and the manager talking about peeing really bad in front of customers.

My wife had brot home the 8 peace it was saturated in Greece it was the worst chicken I ever had from KFC threw it away call them they wouldn't replace it so here I am blocking you poor workmanship and it's like a ritual every other week we go get Kentucky fried Chicken but this time it was saturated in Greece and it did not appreciate it it was not right was outright disgusting and they wouldn't even replace my meal this wisdom Marysville KFC
