My family and I always love going to La Hacienda. Excellent and friendly customer service, food comes out hot and quick, and they have huge portions. The food is delicious, not salty or bland. La Hacienda is our favorite Mexican restaurant.

Not sure what's happened with management or staffing at this location but it's a complete 180 in the last few years. The staff has completely changed and although the food is still great the service has gone downhill tremendously. The staff is indifferent and doesn't really care if you need another drink or are ready to order or are are ready for a check. Been helped by at least 4 different people and not one of them was attentive. Upon leaving I said thank you, have a nice night... I was literally stared at by at least 5 staff members at the entrance. Not one response. This used to be my families go to spot. Over the last few years the service and friendliness of the staff has plumeted to the point that I will no longer be a patron here nor will I recommend. VERY SAD.

UPDATE:I have been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years. My favorite place for shredded beef tacos and their Pico is the BEST around!!However, a week ago, my best friend and I came in for lunch. He order the pineapple/seafood meal (do not recall the name).It was the WORST service I have received here in the 20+ years I have been coming in here. I also noticed the server has been here a long time and never had her give this poor of service before.The food was literally cold, we had to look for our server to get our drinks filled and salsa etc. We were given dirty looks, attitude...honestly I was blown away.Well today, we came back for lunch. Same two servers, same bad service with only 3 customers. When I asked if we could get our drinks refilled, the server actually said to us, " Sorry, I am busy when I am done helping others I will help you". ?Not sure what is happening, but please fix this! Maybe shirt staffed? I love this place...ugh.My favorite place for Tacos!
