Came in on Sunday afternoon and the person behind the counter was extremely short and rude. It seemed like we were bothering them by spending money at this store. Recommend sending the undercover boss to this location for an attitude adjustment.

This is my first time coming to this location of menchies. It's clean and I'm pleasantly surprised they had fresh raspberries! Even my local menchies never has had raspberries even though our county is the top producer of raspberries in the States. I was a bit confused that you enter on the left instead of the right side and one star off for the less polite employee.

It was okay but I've been to better places. The yogurt didn't seem that chilled and melted pretty quickly even minutes after being in the bowl when we were still choosing toppings. Frozen Yogurt flavors were kind of generic but nothing super thrilling. Then I was asked if I wanted to add a tip when literally I served myself and the only thing the employee did was weigh our food. Probably wouldn't come back.

First time in there and more than half of the machines were flashing low so the dispensing was insanely slow I got what I could that was there and proceeded the the cold toppings section ALL EMPTY ! Then went to the liquid toppings and they were all out too so experience sucked there were about 2 employees I saw and none were helpful.

Love stopping here for a little treat! We recently tried a cake for my son's 6th birthday and he had so much fun getting to choose his layers and flavors himself. The price was super reasonable and might just be a birthday staple every year!
First, Let me say my family loves menchies yogurt. However, we will never go back to this particular store. We ordered $87.00 worth of Froyo rhrough doordash. It wasnt the first time. We ordered 4 of the largest sizes, however when we got it, it was 4 much smaller sizes, and all the wrong flavors/toppings. We reached out to doordash and paypal for refund, but over 2 months after having filed complaints, doordash said menchies wanted the yogurt back. I don't know who keeps expired yogurt in my fridge, but it's not me. Way bad customer service, stealing customer money.

Fro-yo was good. The cheesecake and cake batter are delicious! Not as many toppings as the website says and the counters were a sticky mess but we overlooked it. Not much interaction with the cashiers but we got what we came for. We'd go back for sure.

What a cute and fun frozen yogurt shop! It is under new management and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We sampled so many yummy flavors. We will definitely be back soon. If you haven’t been, stop what your doing and go now :)

First of all there was mold in the yogurt it was an awful experience the place was poorly taken care of, there was hair in the yogurt, it was just disgusting, I will never go back and I recommend you don’t either that place was bad, just bad. I walked in a few weeks ago and it reeked some kinda horrible stench, like mold almost, there was no one at the counter, for a good 10 minutes, and when I finally received help, it seemed like they were ready to leave, and had a bit of an attitude

I was charged twice for a dollop of vanilla yogurt 22.00 !!! and if you are going to Solicit tips for yourself you should provide a service maybe a smile or a greeting when you walk in the door?
