Awful service. They made my pizza with a large portion of cheese missing from it and refused to issue a refund. Incredibly disrespectful. Do not go to this location of Papa Johns.

Our pizza was not hot for travel so consequently just warm 12 minutes later at home. That would have been overlooked had it not been for the horrendous tasting that followed. Pepperoni=ok, sausage=ok, the Canadian Bacon/ham tasted spoiled & beyond its 'use by' date. We had to throw the large $35.00 (plus tip) pizza into the garbage for safety concerns. What a shame.

Papa John's tells you on there website that you can do a cash delivery. What it does not tell you until after you've ordered is that door dash will make the delivery. Door dash does not carry change.Manager on shift sounded like he was 12 and said it wasn't his fault. Drivers are supposed to carry change yet they do not with door dash. This has happened twice now. I specifically called and asked if prior to ordering if it was going to be a store driver or door dash.... had to leave my kiddos at home and grab change for the driver at the gas station....Corporate needs to make sure this is known on the website.

My food was room temperature when I came to pick up. The WORST part was NO one wore a HAIRNET or BEARD COVER!!! The guys had really long long hair past shoulders and no one in that store wore a hairnet. Not a single person! One guy was leaning over making the pizza and his hair was dangling all over the dough! I was seriously disgusted. Some of the guys looked dirty and unwashed hair. I’m so shocked! I will definitely NOT go to this location ever again. But the team members were all nice people. I’m pretty sure they have to wear some kind of hair cover even if you put your hair in a ponytail. Which only one girl did but her hair was still super long.

Paid 146 dollars with 30 plus being for delivery only to have them screw up a pizza . When I brought it back to get fixed , they offered nothing but a sorry . Won't be ordering from this place ever again .

People seem nice every time I come in but they lack leadership and keeping everyone from screwing things up!!!! Seems every time I come in I have an issue with service and waiting forever to even be checked out… (I pay online before coming in). There’s times it goes smooth but then I get home and something ain’t right! Figure it out! I dread getting pizza here anymore… I keep saying last time but this is the last time.

Very upset . Ordered my pizza , appetizers and 2 liter of soda for the MNF game . Driver was tipped , card was charged for delivery too and they forgot my soda . I asked the driver and he said “no soda “ and spoke real fast in Spanish and walked away . I called to address the situation and explained that I should not have to drive to go get my 5 dollar 2 liter of soda . The manager agreed and said they have no way to deliver it to me because they use door dash. He couldn’t refund me either . This is terrible customer service and papa John’s needs to do better . Very unhappy . They still owe me my soda . I messaged corporate and they have yet to get back to me . Pretty pathetic .

On a Thurs at ~11:45am I placed a online pizza delivery order to be delivered to my home residence at 4:30pm. My order did not arrive at that time, but allowing for traffic and such, I waited until ~5pm to contact this store. Using the automated service, I checked the status of my order only to be informed that the store is running late and that I would be updated soon. A minute later I received a text message that my order is being delivered at ~6pm. My pizza was not delivered until 5:37pm. Papa John's had more than 4 hours to fulfill my order, but I was forced to wait an additional hour to receive it. This extremely late delivery is unacceptable.

I stood in the lobby around 5:30pm today (Wednesday) for quite a long time with all four employees on the make table and no one made eye contact, greeted me or asked what I needed. I was the only customer in the store. The phones were not ringing. One walked to the front and didn't look at me or said a word.
