I ordered $70 worth of food for my family. Only 1 meal was accurate. My wife was missing her meal. My daught had classic tenders but they were spicy. They didn't even give me the right dessert. I asked and paid for 3 oreo cheesecakes but they gave me apple pies. I wouldnt be that mad but there a huge price difference between the two on top of miss orders. When I asked for a refund. Surprise! They don't do refunds.They will gladly take your money and mess up the order. So be prepared for customer service to tell you it's the owners discretion to allow refunds. Terrible service, and management.

The cashier didn't understand English very well. I have a food allergy "Honey" and he wasn't understanding that I need ingredients checked before I eat their sauces. Couldn't find the information online either. Overpriced chicken with small portions. We won't be coming back.

The gold chain wearing buffoon at the front window managed to mess with up every single order I placed this is the third time I have came here hoping for the best, but get the worst i used to come here every day after work when it was a completely different environment. now the chicken is raw. I had to repeat my order twice because the man doesn’t understand basic English language. if I could review with a half of star, that would be my rating extremely disappointed, and I will now be traveling another half hour for my chicken sandwich at the next Popeye location
