I wanted to share my appreciation for outstanding service at your restaurant today. A young blonde woman in a grey shirt helped me with my curbside order and she was exceptional. I decided to go inside to pick up my food and she was putting it together when I arrived. She courteously asked if I wanted anything to drink while I waited and suggested I could wait in my car and she would bring it out when ready. She promptly brought it out in the freezing rain, running up to my vehicle. I wish I knew her name so I could give her kudos in this review. Thank you for the great food and great service today!

I’ve eaten here before and at other Qdoba locations. I was always happy with the food quality, taste and service. This was my last at this location. No was in line ahead of us, 2 staff at the counter: surfaces were strewn with food bits and many of the pans were nearly empty or empty. As I ordered, the person pulled fresh items from beneath the empty bins. One item both of the staff sniffed before serving onto my plate!! OMG, why didn’t I turn and run. On a positive note, no one got sick after eating there.

Everything was fresh and steamy; the portion size was huge. If I didn't live an hour away they'd have to roll me out the door. Then guys behind the counter were so politely and funny too!

Nothing but positive things to say about Qdoba. Food is always good and you always know what you’re getting. This particular location can get kind of busy so I recommend using the app and ordering ahead of time. The staff is always friendly even though sometimes are understaffed. But the food is good, the restaurant is clean and it’s usually pretty quick to get your food.

Was ok. The steak meat was gristley. Kind of ruined the meal for me. My girlfriend liked the protein bowl. I probably won't go back.

The management here must be awful. For one, it's freezing everytime you walk in. Secondly, they are always out of something every single time. I've given it 3 tries and each visit is deserving of 1 star. Thirdly, they take so long to get you through the line and when you finally reach it they tell you they're out of half the stuff anyways. Why not post a note at the door to state what you're out of and not waste peoples time? I wanted a corn tortilla with my bowl and apparently the employee had no idea what a corn tortilla was and kept repeating "wheat or flour". Don't waste your time and go to Chipotle instead.

I understand if you didn’t get a delivery in for some of your items, and it is not the fault of the employees working the front desk, but if you can’t provide the ingredients for 1/3 of the meal you are selling then you either discount it or don’t sell it. Spending 11 dollars for a bowl of mostly sauce and rice is not appropriate.

It was cold inside, food was cold, floors were sticking to our feet, and bathrooms were trashed. I won't go back to this QDOBA. So many other ones are delicious.

This location is horrible. Went in last week and my husband and I ordered our usual (2 burritos and a fountain drink) and this is the 3RD TIME IN A ROW, they've sold us a fountain drink without mentioning that there were ZERO options available except diet drinks and water. the first time it happened, I was annoyed but dealt with it. Second time it happened, I mentioned they were out and nothing was done. The most recent time, I told them that if this is going to be an ongoing occurrence, they really should notify customers that the selection is very limited before charging them for a cup and letting them think that the usual options are available. The lady at the front then said that she would change it out. After waiting 10 minutes and more than halfway through our food, my husband asked for one of the bottled sodas and instead, the lady said that she would give us a refund on our drink. I went up and asked why it was never changed out and she didn't have an answer. I then asked why this is an ongoing issue and she didn't have an answer for that either. The service has never been amazing and everything about this location is bad. Not to mention, half the time they can't even roll a burrito! I have to eat it like a typewriter while holding each end together or eat with a fork. It's ridiculous. We love Qdoba but not this location

I used to love this place. Our large family would eat here 2 times a week. So we spend a lot of money here. The last year or so we have been having so many issues with this place. The schedule is always wrong half the time. So as a Mom I would drive 15-20 minutes to find out they closed early... the other times they wouldn't have all the ingredients. I can look pass all that. But the thing that pushed our family is to never come here again is online ordering only now. They said it was easier for them to do it that way. The seating area was full of people ordering online or waiting for their order. Our family and a few others behind us just left. I hate ordering online because of dietary issues. Every single time we order online take out places get it wrong then I have to drive all the way back so they can't fix it. Nothing like Children who are hungry having to wait an extra 45-60 minutes for there dinner sorry Qdoba, but we will be supporting Chipotle from now on. I was really looking forward to your tortillas soup

Portion sizes vary from good to needing to ask for a bit more when preparing but the food tastes good nonetheless. Meats are seasoned good and there's a fair amount of options for addons. Inside has been fairly clean the few times a dined inside and the staff have been easygoing from what I've witnessed.

This Qdoba is the worst I've ever been too. At 2:30 in the afternoon their out of half the ingredients, requires exact change, and makes up their own hours! Don't go expecting to get what you want or anything close. Staff also really don't care about the customers
