Used to love Red Robin sadly the quality has deteriorated but the prices have increased. I don't really seeing this as a dining out option as my home made burgers are more satisfying. Hope it turns around. Staff were friendly and attentive but the restaurant is not worth the expense. Go somewhere nicer for what you're spending.

I was not happy with the service or my burger. Went for the new improved Bonzi burger, a coupon special. Didn't get the fries that we requested first. Burgers came, meat was dry, and the pineapple wasn't grilled as advertised. It wasn't good at all. It was getting late, didnt want to go somewhere else. The waitress NEVER came back. We ate the food. She showed up when were getting ready to leave and asked how was everything, so I told her and I said you never came back so we ate it anyways.! So our treatment was ready...sorry about that, here is free appetizer, dessert card!! I work hard for my money. If I'm gonna go out and pay for srevice at a restaurant, that's what I expect. You failed on the promotion of the new and improved Bonzi Buger, SERVICE, AND MANAGEMENT TREAMENT. I don't like this kind of treatment...See ya.

We waited for at least 20 minutes after being seated before a waiter gave us any attention, then proceeded to check on us 2 or 3 times for the next 15 minutes, then not at all over the course of our dinner, every serving of fries was under filled like damn near half full, and on top of that we waited for at least another 20 before we could get a box to leave

this location is just horrid now. I went with my mom 3 months ago and the bulb was out at our table it was rainy dark day so it was hard to read the menu for an older person and it was also just unappealing and depressing with no light and my mom asked for sugar packets for her tea and the waitress brought a Veriety of packets with mainly Splenda with maybe one sugar....... my mom had to then ask again saying there was not much left of the sugar ....the waitress looks and asked oh is it the white one? she had to ask my mom which one the sugar is like she didn't know! I was embarrassed for this waitress. I came back in 3 months later with my family kids and the same light is still out and other table lights are out get it together guys! waitresses also just seem annoyed to be serving you.

We arrived around d 5:30 pm and had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated which was fine. There were 7 of us so not unreasonable. Our waitress was pleasant enough but a bit frazzled. Took our drink orders but kept forgetting 1. Had to reminder her. When dinner arrived had to wait for silverware. She said they were short on that but she would find us some. That took about 10 minutes so not able to eat food. 3 of us had chicken strips that were mostly breading. Very disappointing. One had a cheeseburger and the sauce was sour. The Cajun salmon didn't taste Cajun at all. 2 out of 7 dinners good isn't a good rating. And while the waitress kept apologizing, she should have done better.
