The worker felt like he didn’t know what to do, he didn’t ask me if I wanted it toasted or not but I asked for mozzarella so I assumed they already knew to have it toasted so the cheese can melt. I then asked for avocado and he squeezed the avocado pouch right onto the sandwich without even spreading it. So when I bit into it, it was not evenly distributed throughout the sandwich. My sandwich was also hard, and very cold. I ask for a Turkey Cali Club all the time and usually the workers already know what to put on it. Worst experience I’ve had so far.

Sandwiches were made completely wrong and when I called about it the person I talked to hung up on me when I asked for their name to let their manager know, I did not get my extra pickles, sandwiches were not toasted after he told me they were when they clearly were not, the Chipotle sauce should've been light and he went way overboard on it everything is wrong he was rude and would not give me his name to speak to his manger

Attention to all the customers and New customers don't go to this place they not clean and very bad customer service!!!This place is full of negative people and I ordered veggie patties footlong they never put veggie patty! When I went back there is one guy name called Amrit he is super rude to me and instead of apologizing he argued with me. He never accepted his mistake! He always on his phone talking every single time even other people told me about him he's not good for the business with this attitude. I use to go there pretty often but after this incident I don't feel like to go there anymore. He always takes orders wrong with rude attitude! He needs to Pay attention on customers orders not on him phone!! I asked owners number he never gave me. I am going to report about this store to higher department! Very disappointed; if owner can read this give me your contact information I need a talk to you!

went there to day 02/26/2024 ordered a Italian sub they wanted 6.95 for double the meat when i got home it was just a normal sandwich will not go back it was 33 dollars for 2 sandwiches never

Went to pick up online order and it wasn’t there. Young girl at counter said she didn’t receive it after showing order she tried saying I had wrong location so I verified their address and yes was right location she said sorry I have nothing and couldn’t even assist with a contact number to be refunded saying its not her problem.

I went in & ordered 2 footlongs only to have the cashier say that their system was only accepting the coupons we received in the mail for online orders. I tried to problem solve and suggested I’d just order online and pay online and he could just shred the order when it popped up so we were paying for what he already made. He said he couldn’t do that and that we had no choice but to pay full price. There was no notice on the door or anywhere stating that they only accept them online or that their system was down. The man did not care at all to accommodate the customer and was just rude and vague and wanted it his way as if the money was gonna go in his check if I payed full price and he rejected the coupon.

So I am an ASL student at the ECC college and one of our homework assignments is to go to a place like subway and pretend to be deaf.I say this to give you a premise of what all happenedI signed morning when I caught the nice girls eye, and when I tried to order the 33, more because it was a new item than because I wanted it (btw, I much prefer chicken sweet onion instead of the steak that 33 makes it)But it took a second, I think because she was not aware, or maybe didn't remember that 33 was an option but she pointed to the menu, and I told her to go up and she understoodShe was wonderful, only between the two of us, I kinda didn't have the option to say half foot, but that's okay. Foot longs will feed me for a while.While my food cooked, I put chips and a cup on the counter, and made clear I was doing something on my phone, while glancing at the pay thingThe man tried to verbally tell something but I was doing my best to not pay attention, the nice girl "she can't hear you" was clear a d politeI started working with the pay doodad and I heard the guys "you need to pull out your card now" followed by a "she can't hear you" again nice, but I did hear him make a quiet neg noise.The doodad let's you tap to pay so I made a point to use that instead of my card, just because "I'm Deaf" doesn't mean I don't know how to do things, and tech being what it is, I did not in fact need to use my card.The nice girl made sure I didn't want anything added after my sub was cooked and wrapped it up, pointed to the bag to clearly ask if it was to goSeriously, the only reason why I put four stars for atmosphere is because the guy made me feel like he disapproved of a Deaf white mage getting food by myself.I am really grateful to the nice girl, I hope she goes far in life.
