Made a mobile order on the Taco Bell website in which it says this location is open until 12 AM on fridays. My husband works late hence why I was making the mobile order for pick up at 11:45. Get there to go to the drive thru to pick up our order and all the lights are off like they closed early... Not the first time... This location seems to be notorious for closing way earlier than they are supposed to according to the company website...

Horrible customer service. Manager of the store just accused me of not telling the truth about not receiving my nacho bell grandes, says I'm an a****** and says I just called her a b***** There is no truth to any of this. She DID NOT give me my nachos and I did not call her a b***** I just wanted my nachos. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT GO HERE! They will not give you your correct food and will blame you for lying about it. The woman manager is a horrible person.

Just went threw the drive through at the Taco Bell in Marysville on 116th. Worst customer service & messed up on our order. 630pm on 4-1-20

Just waiting for someone to help me with my order on the kiosk. Apparently they're to busy. They welcome you in but that's it. This kiosk is stupid. Last time I will be coming into this taco bell
