Stopped in here for lunch with my Dad. I got the AYCE Salad Bar ($10) and my Dad had the Pizza Buffet, that also comes with the salad bar and includes a drink, for just $12.99. Really great deal. The place was clean and my Dad said that the sauce on their pizzas was phenomenal.

Refused to honor reward and questioned authenticity. Attempted to place order over phone for pick up, and asked to redeem loyalty promotional offer from an email for $10 off (see photos). Was put on hold by confused employee who had to speak to supervisor. Supervisor answered and questioned the authenticity of my redemption, and then promptly HUNG UP ON ME. I called back, saying there must have been a disconnection, same employee answered and put his supervisor on. They either didn't believe I was in possession of a coupon, or were otherwise reluctant to honor it, but they would not allow me to place an order using the promotion. Hostile service that treats you like you're scamming them. Embarrassed this overpriced establishment is our only pizza option in Medical Lake besides Dominoes. Booo.

I called to place an order and the person on the phone made us feel like we were inconvenience. They stated they just bought this place two weeks ago and said we're not delivered to us anymore . We have always supported small business and our community !!!! We have always tipped really well for the drivers . Will not be doing Business with this company anymore but from now we will get in town before we come out ..

Go in to get a couple slices of pizza at 1:40 and apparently they stop serving pizza by the slice at 1:30. There was 5 slices or sausage and pineapple and 3 slices of pepperoni. I asked lady if I could get the 3 slices of pepperoni and she says,"We'll it's past the time." So you'd rather throw away 8 slices of pizza rather than make money? Horrible customer service!! Never be going there again! Plus the slices of pizza looked super small and probably not worth what they charge per slice!

This is a family owned business that tries to get to know heir customers on a personal level. We love going during lunch time when they have all you can eat salad bar and pizza bar. Nice staff no matter when you come in.

We've ordered a couple of times now and we like it. Delivery didn't take too long for our order

The first time I went here was in 2019 with my Dad. We had the lunch buffet, and it was OK from what I recall. But, since it was a buffet, I felt a proper review wasn't appropriate given who knows how "fresh" the pizza is when it is sitting out. Made a return trip for a family meal where the wife and I shared a vegetable calzone & salad bar, Dad ordered spaghetti w/o cheese and meatballs, and sis ordered a calzone too. First of all, we questioned whether we should get the salad bar because it was looking iffy - wilty lettuce with brown edges on some leaves, and just some old looking items (we speculated that the salad had been out since lunch, and not refreshed since it was getting close to closing time). But, we had hardly eaten any fresh vegetables for a few days and were wanting to eat something healthy. So, we were able to piece together a couple of plates with what looked good. The spaghetti came out covered in cheese, and also had meatballs, contrary to what my Dad ordered. Both calzones looked cooked, but the insides still had unmelted cheese. Sis sent hers back since she had meat and it was cooked longer. Since my calzone was vegetable, I was not as concerned, but then discovered about halfway through that the dough was not fully cooked, so stopped eating. The food did taste good, so I'll give them that, but it's not worth the risk of food poisoning!

I love local pizzerias. The smell, the atmosphere, arcade games, and good pizza. This place fits the bill. Their lunch buffet is always really good with a well stocked salad bar and a nice selection of different pizzas. I don't get here for it as much as I'd like, unfortunately. We've thoroughly enjoyed their Calzones many times, as well as their salads. We either get the Antipasto Salad or a dinner salad. They always have the right amount of dressing and the greens are always fresh. Our favorite pizza is the "Awesome Combo." They're always baked just right. Today was no exception. We split a small and a dinner salad. It was baked just right with loads of tasty toppings. It was almost too pretty to eat, and tasted as good as it looked. The crew was very friendly. I got my order for carry-out today, and instead of yelling out my order was ready, they brought it out to where I was waiting with a smile. This will keep being our favorite local pizza parlor.

Who doesn't like a pizza and salad bar buffet? Tuesday-Saturday 11:30-1:30 for $10.99? Soda is included! Yum! Definitely the best pizza lunch this side of the Mississippi ;)

I think they have great pizza! The crust is delicious! I really like the noon BUFFET‼ All the pizza, fresh salad bar and drink you can eat for around $10. Best deal ever. The owners are very nice and will make any pizza you want for for the buffet...including their yummy cheese crust!

I called the Pizza Factory a few minutes ago to order dinner and had to cancel and hang up. First the young man taking the order tells me that a large pizza and twisted stick was $21.99. Then I tell him I wanted four toppings, and he tells me that my total is $38 and change. I asked him why it was so expensive and he told me that the promotion was for a 1 topping pizza only and that I could not use the promotion if I wanted 4 toppings.Given tax, that's roughly $5.00 per topping extra for one large pizza. Any other place would charge extra for the toppings in addition to the "special." Not Pizza Factory in Medical Lake. I've been hearing a lot from locals on how this place went downhill. I've been here three years now, and have seen the decline in this place, the quality of food, the customer service, etc.... We won't be ordering from the Pizza Factory any longer. I'm not paying $5.00 per topping for a single large pizza. If this is how they are running things since the state reopened, I don't see them staying in business for very long. I called Domino's Pizza instead, they don't price gouge.
