Had a very nice beagle sub.We were assisted by John, who is a very hard working guy and made sure everyone was helped in the very best way possible.In the short time I was at the store I could observe that all the employees are very nice, friendly and they all work hard to help everyone, specially John.Thank you

Not open posted hours, no apology only attitude! I came from Seward Park to get bagels on New Years Day, grateful they were open until 2:00pm. Arrived at 1:30pm and the doors are locked. I checked their sign, it said open until 2:00pm New Years Day. I can see bagels and workers inside. A woman came to the door and said, No, we're done. I point the the hours and she says again, no apology, "No we're done."

I wish I could give this shop negative stars. My experience was incredibly disappointing, primarily due to the astonishingly rude and unfriendly behavior of the worker, Liliana.

Bagel sandwiches are good minus the BLT (added turkey) had no bacon, so thank goodness for the turkey!the service- horrible. Hispanic lady and white lady staff yelling at other staff NOT to answer the phone to take Togo orders. They both even yelled at me saying they don't know anything about an order called in 20 mins ago. I still was told to wait in the 12 person line...doesn't this defeat the purpose of calling? The older gentleman (60-70yrs old) at cashier register seemed very stressed yet, very kind found my order! Give him a raise already so he can hopefully retire happily!! So overall, I waited for 30 mins.

I stood alone at the bagel counter for ten mins or so while the two staff personnel behind the counter totally ignored me. Normally I wouldn't mind waiting too much, but I am 8 months pregnant and was carrying my 1 1/2 year old son. I finally asked if I should just go to the cash register to order and they told me yes. The lady at the counter gave me kind of a weird attitude too. Not a good experience for just trying to buy some bagels.
