Ordered beef teriyaki with a side of gyoza because I was stuck on mercer island for a few hours but pho is obviously their specialty. The rice and gyoza were good but the beef abd sauce were sub par imo compared to dedicated teriyaki places. It wasn’t bad but definitely different if you're looking to satisfy a teriyaki craving this is only about 75% there.

Nice place with good service other than the server assuming we didn’t want the homemade noodles. It says to ask for the regular noodles if not familiar with the homemade type, but the wrong assumption was made for us. I would listen to the other reviews about the broth. It’s pretty bland and even after adding everything it didn’t change much for me. Other than that it was a nice experience.

Third pho shop in the same spot in six years — and there’s a reason. Everybody thinks they can do better than the previous, but then continues to serve pho that only newbies would consider good. Broth had no depth, and was likely more chicken than beef. Noodles wide. Beef tough. I keep giving this spot a chance, owner after owner, but it’s time to admit that it’s mostly out of a sense of charity.

Was really excited to try this place because of the positive reviews, now I’m feeling let down.Arrived at 7:16pm and was met with a weird look by the person in the front. On Google maps the closing time is 8pm so I was surprised to feel the tension and then have them tell me they’re going to check to make sure they can serve me. A bowl of pho for a party of one would not throw a wrench in their ability to close on time… Odd.The pho itself was just ok. I appreciated the amount of vegetables in the veg/tofu pho. The broth was very bland without addition of lime and jalapeño. The rice noodles were great though, veggies were a nice consistency.I felt rushed to eat the food after it arrived at my table, there were no pleasantries from the employees, floors were sticky.I was out of the establishment by 7:37pm. Possibly just not a good day to arrive after 7? If I ever return I know to arrive at 6pm or earlier.

I can't speak for the other food here but their pho is simply not good. The noodles tasted/looked like they were from an instant noodle pack and the soup was just "okay."

This place is freaking delicious!!! Authentic, really well priced, excellent service. You can tell a lot of love goes into the preparation of the food. Plus, handmade rice noodles are da bomb! If I lived in Seattle, I'd eat there all the time. Pho broth is succulent and perfect. Beef sliced thinner than your credit card, melts in you mouth. Fried rice also great! All served with warmth and joy. Wish I could give it 6 stars. We had a large group of 9 people with no notice and were accommodated right away. This jawn a real gem.

Pho below average. Fried spring rolls excellent. Ambiance is typical corner bistro...

It’s surprisingly tasty! Didn’t have a super high expectation before we stepped into the restaurant cause the average quality of food is just so so on the island. However, this place offers fresh homemade rice noodles and the broth is very flavorful. Even the Thai ice tea is better than most of the restaurants I’ve been to. The homemade chili sauce is also amazing!

First, service. Non-existent. Second, I asked help for finding something gluten free in the menu, and was told that they checked with the kitchen and everything was gluten free. I couldn't believe my luck!Well... a very unpleasant and painful afternoon later, let me tell you that they had no idea what gluten free even means. For example, the server said their chicken teriyaki is gluten free, because you can eat the rice. ‍ (Yes, there is GF teriyaki, it's just made with Tamari instead of Soy sauce). I told them they will put someone in the hospital. I usually give one starts only to places that will actually give you food poisoning. This comes close, but giving it 2 because they won't kill non GF folks.
