I read about this place in the Seattle Times and really wanted to like it. Was ok as I had the oxtail special soup with pho.Disappointed with the charge though as they advertised it for $13.50 but charged me $15 and when I asked they said they hadn’t updated the prices. Who’s fault is that?!

The veggie egg rolls and chicken pho were delicious. Fresh, hot and flavorful. Plus they added yummy caramelized shallots or something to the pho and it was a real treat.

I get take out from here probably once every two weeks or so. The pho is authentic and very good.

We did takeout last night and I was very impressed! We couldn’t decide if we wanted to try (bc of all the bad reviews /:) but I’m so glad that we did! Being the only pho on the island it’s definitely good enough to not drive to bellevue or seattle! It’s not the best pho I’ve ever had but certainly much better than a lot of places! Not sure why all the negative comments to be honest, and we eat a lot of pho. I got the pho tai and my bf got the brisket and we also got the egg rolls. I believe it was $35 for all of it. Well def be back!

I had the beef short ribs and it was terrible. The meat was very chewy with lots of gristle. I was unable to finish it. Also had the drunken chicken and the soy sauce was too much. It made the dish very salty. Just bad food. Won't be eating here again.

We wanted to support local so we tried to order takeout on a saturday evening around 5pm. Unfortunately, their phones didn't work so we ended up ordering thai next door, but stopped by to see if they were open. When we dropped by they were open so we ordered some fried egg rolls. While we didn't order a full meal we really want to support them especially because it looks like they are struggling with corona. I will update another post later when we have tried more food, but the spring rolls were delicious. They were crispy, hot and well stuffed and seasoned. I highly recommend them. They also provided us with 2 cups of iced water since it was such a hot day without us even asking. The service seems good and they worked really hard to provide the food fast. The restaurant is clean and simply decorated. We look forward to trying their other things. Overall, spring rolls are great, the owners are working on their phone issues if you are trying to call in orders, if you're trying to support local this is worth a try! We will come back to try this mom and pop shop menu.

So gooooooooooooooooooooddd!!! That's from my daughter. This is my review: so goooood!!! So glad we found this little hidden gem on Mercer Island. We ordered pork egg rolls and P1 (special) and P3 (brisket) pho. The rolls were crispy and flavorful. The pho broth had depth and a nice balance of flavor. Everything was excellent. And this is coming from a Vietnamese, so I know a thing or two about this. very glad we have a local business that brings delish viet food and pho. No need to go anywhere far! Yum.
