I've lived in Mill Creek for 4 years and didn't know this place existed. Used Yelp to find a new pizza spot, and some common sense to filter the reviews and decided this was a good spot to order from. Got a pizza and Caesar salad and were very impressed. That was about a month or so ago - but a couple weeks ago my wife and I went to NYC and I was reminded about how you could just grab a good slice on the go and mentally noted I needed to stop in at Brooklyn Bros when I got home. Today was the day, it's just me and my son for dinner so we swung in and grabbed some slices and breadsticks - the staff were amazing and kind and ready to assist. Their restaurant is tucked into Mill Creek Town Center in such as way I had literally driven past it for 4 years without any idea it was there. The slices are NYC quality and hands down a go-to spot for the future. Love how close they are - which is perfect because they've been added to the weekly rotation.

Service was great, ladies were really nice and way very helpful answering questions. We went during the day so there were not too many people, and the seating outside is nice. Ambiance is pretty quiet throughout the day, but busier throughout the night. The Sicilian pepperoni is so good and very thin, the flavor is very good too. Onto the calzone, the calzone was very airy not very thick. The pizza dough was very good but did not have much protein even though I got double chicken. Still was pretty good but wish it was loaded with chicken rather than having one or two small bites.

Hudson pizza was perfect!!!! They have one of the best pizza crust I've ever had. Super thin, edges are perfectly crispy. Try the sriracha as a dipping sauce

I order from here pretty regularly from here. I called about 45 minutes before to ask that the Sicilian be extra well done. Usually they are pretty good but today the pizza was mushy and not well done at all. I will still go

This place has really gone downhill. First, they messed up our pizza. Then they slapped together a "replacement" pizza. Just take a look at this pepperoni pizza.. We got one slice that has only one piece on it and another giant piece with only two with very little cheese. We used to be regulars, but now we'll find a new spot. This is a few times in a row of seriously lacking quality. For how much they charge, we expect much higher quality than this.

So for the last two years we have walked past Brooklynn Bros restaurant and always said I bet it's nice in there. Well It Is !! lol. Yes finally just before I started my diet we decided to give it a try now I have to wait 20 weeks to go again boo hoo. This is genuine New York time pizza served fresh to your table in whole pizzas or slices so you can sample many without breaking the bank. Slices are about $4.00 each we tried three and they do not disappoint. Super crisp base wit fresh mozzarella they are to die for. We will be back over and over I just have to wait 19 weeks

Pizza kinda looks NY/East Coast not it's not quite right. NY style crust should be floppy, flexible, and the edges should have big, chewy bubbles like soft bread. This crust was harder and crunchier than anything I've ever had anywhere else. It literally shaved thin layers of skin off the roof off my mouth.Back on the east coast this would be considered bottom of the barrel and closer to Greek style but here it's a nice change if you want a bite of home.Better than Hot Mama's and the cheese/sauce is better than Big Mario's but the crust was just plain bad.Reminded me a lot, flavor wise, of a fresh Tony's frozen pizza.Prices are right, service was good.I don't think I'll be back. Also, don't be swayed by the comments praising it for being perfect NY pizza while complaining about it being greasy. No one who knows or loves real, NY pizza is complaining about grease or sopping it up with a napkin. My pizza would have been so much better with a pile of pepperoni grease on it.

First time trying this establishment and was impressed by the flavor and quality. We both ordered calzones. The dough was fantastic, crusty and lightly chewy. The filling knocked our socks off with the cheeses and basil, and the sausage had such a good flavor. We also split a cannoli. In the past, I have never been a fan of cannoli, but it had been years since I’ve had once, so I decided to try it on a whim, and it changed my mind on how I feel about cannolis. It was light, creamy and sweet and the pastry was perfectly crisp. For two calzones, one cannoli and two unsweet teas it was $57 so this is on the pricey end but I would gladly pay it for the quality of ingredients. The service was also fantastic. Next time we’re craving pizza we’re coming back.
