We began order online and hit pay more than 30 minutes before closing and their website refused to accept my order. I then called and they accepted order but refused to honor the discount code I had on my online order or a discount of any kind when it was supposed to be a 30% discount online. I think this was very poor service. They claimed their till wouldn’t allow the discount which is total baloney. They even told me the website was supposed to take the order up to 30 minutes to close which it did not.

Worst customer service on the planet and nobody there can follow there order tickets ever. Spent hundreds here to have them just not follow your order only to find out once you get it home it’s wrong. Last yr the Monroe wa location falls way short of a pleasent experience.
6 orders in a month and a half and we order the same every time and it’s never as ordered.
Customers don’t spend your money at this location it doesn’t represent papa Murphy and it’s a shame because we live there pizza when we get it home we ordered it. I believe it starts at management as we have called several times and still the same shotty service.

You need to advertise that your deals are "online only" better or honor the deals advertised. The advert on your website doesn't say "online only" for a 6:99 med 2 topping. Domino's it is, now I don't have to cook it and it tastes better.

Normally we love Papa Murphy's and this location used to be great but recently not so much. It seems things have changed since the store was remodeled. The pizzas look sloppy and like they have been thrown together and toppings are skimpy to the point we have started ordering extra toppings. The last pizza we ordered we asked for extra chicken and it still looked sparse so my husband went back inside to ask about it. When he pointed it out, he was handed a handful of chicken pieces in saran wrap to put on ourselves. The lady he spoke to apologized but was not very friendly to begin with and didn't seem that sincere about the apology. I ended up adding more cheese at home too because the cheese blend used to be a nice mix of mozzarella and cheddar and now you can see there is almost no cheddar strands in the mix.

Garlic chicken thin crust.Hardly any stuff on it! Very disappointing!!!
They were super busy but we ordered ahead so it was ready when we arrived. The guy who rang us up was one of the friendliest fast food workers I have encountered in a long time and with how busy they were, that's really saying something. Keep up the great work.
Papa Murphy's never disappoints me at all. I get excellent service when I walk in the door. If I call ahead of time I always know my pizza is made to exact specific needs. The other day I heard a new person being trained and he followed the order to a T. Huge props to everyone who works tirelessly to ensure customer happiness. ?Dietary restrictions: I hate olives when they are cooked and my child hates bell peppers. So I get a papas favorite with half olives and half peppers each time and the restaurant always makes sure my order is to my liking before I leave.
