I come in here at least once a week and order almost $40 worth of chicken nuggets and burgers and the first time in a long time they messed up on my one order I went back maybe 25 minutes after going through drive-thru and the gentleman at the front counter was so sweet he fixed the mess up made me feel heard and made my order right on top of my second order of food that I ordered a second time when I went in you guys are doing an awesome job very proud to say that I enjoy Wendy's...read full review
Bought a Frosty and it came to $3.24. I did not want a bunch of coins so I gave the gal $5.25. She put in $5 cash and gave me back $1.76.I confirmed that I gave her the $.25 with the $5.00. She then said she was giving it back because I'd given her to much. I asked where was it since she only gave me back $1.76. I also tried to help with the Math. NOPE did not work. Bought 47 dollars in food after my surgery today for my mom and son. Was gonna try the chili for the first time ever that I paid for got to the other side of town to find out I didn't get my chili. Foods great as always but hate paying so much and not receiving everything.
