“A hot sub makes all the difference. This wasn't a microwaved sub like other places. This was hot! It's like burn the mouth hot, but that's a good thing! My girlfriend and i got subs. Her sub was the perfect size.Jersey Mike is now our go-to sub shop while we visit the PNW“
“The Mt Vernon store is hit and miss. When this place first opened, you would be greeted almost loudly welcoming you into the place. food was great, service great and never left disappointed. Then 2020 hit and things have slowly degraded since. Prices have junped, no more greeting, employees walking around as if they are bored. I had to repeat myself a few times when ordering, Lg Brisket on Wheat please. Oh you want a Smokehouse, no BRISKET on Wheat. Oh what size again? Staff actike they don't want to be there. Don't care, no customer interactions. I remember meeting the owner in the store many times early on. Now I never see him. But i am in usually later after meetings. But what made me upset was I tried stopping in 15 mins to close one night. Open sign still on, door locked. 1 car on drive thru. Nobody visible in the front. But sadly what upsets me throst is the quality of food has degraded. What was once was treated like a work of art is now a hurridly tossed together sandwich, that looks like a blindfolded 5 year old tossed it together. Bring back the cheery atmosphere and a staff that acts like they want to work, even if it's thatate shift. I'm going to try you guys a few more times and if it does not improve, I'll sadly never come back and when you opened I ate there 2-3 times a week till I tried everything on the menu. I was a loyal customer. Now I'd rather just drive by unless I really want a brisket sandwich.“
“There is an employee about 18 that she went out of her way to donate her daily sandwich to a homeless person that it walked in hungry yet with no funds. Now that is service for community not a greedy shadow seeking profit, but the ¹ñunderstandings of the heart and Will Ferrell Brothers Choose to make a difference and stand out and say I serve through active kindness.“
“The bathroom key was broken so no where to wash your hands. I did make a wise crack at the wait line and I don't know if they understood it. It's near Mount Baker Middle School where my son attended middle school. Subway was closed. It's near Cascadia Eye clinic. Tommy N Mans. How are you going to fix the COVID android notification alert system so the US can get alerts again for the EMS system? T-Mobile.“
“This location was super convenient, it was a short walk across the lot from the hotel I was at. The team was super friendly and made my sandwich in split seconds. The bread on my Hunter Club was fresh and soft and the toppings were filling. The inside was nice and clean, and the food was delicious! I'd happily eat here again!“
“hey gang so this place was flames ash and it didn't smell like spiders or anything. it was so scrumptious made me levitate off of my tootsies. my mouth was hella drooling everywhere all over the sammich. the workers were hella cute and nice also and didn't smell whatsoever. service was flames asf and the workers did backflips for dollars“
“I was in line about to check out. To racist clowns were in front of me still finishing a large order. I only had one sandwich and was ready to pay. The cashier kindly asked these white men to step aside since they weren’t done making their food. They both kind of snickered and shook their heads. Maddie was nice enough to ring me up anyway. Maddie made my experience much better. I’ll be going back because of her service“
“Ria had wonderful customer service and was a wonderful employee. She made our sandwiches so good they were better then most subways I've ever been too. She went above and beyond and did an absolutely wonderful job! Thank you so much ria!“
“Amazing service!! Best Subway we've been to in years. Worker was quick, made sandwiches perfect, resturant was clean. Other subways in town and in other areas are not like this at all. As well as the worker we just experienced. Very impressed.“
