This bakery makes some of the most delectable, nuanced French pastries in the area hands down. It is out of the way for me, but I seem to find excuses to make a pilgrimage to this hidden gem about once a month. I put in extra cardio just so that I can treat myself to Grand Pere. The offerings are unmatched and the staff is always friendly.
I'm wondering if it's ethical to enjoy French pastry outside of France? Is it some form of infringement? At any rate your mouth will think it's sitting at a table somewhere in Paris.

I genuinely love this place for croissants. Most of their pastries are delicious, you can't go wrong with any of them. This is not a bakery you come and hang out in though.
