This is a typical Little Ceasars. My online order didn't go through, but they were able to quickly get my order out. The pizza was good and relatively inexpensive.

Well first I was greeted by a lady in pajamas slippers bad attitude and no customer service experience. Serve safe shoe's not here did not wash hands after handling money then handling food. But when you talk to David manager you are in wrong. It's cool guess this is now our norm

Marinara sauce is like not even half full and I asked for more because every other little ceasars will give you a full cup or at least 3/4 full and he said no sorry that’s all we do and I don’t fill them. Ridiculous when it’s just marinara sauce and honestly the guy behind the counter was so dismissive

Called in our order and showed up 5 minutes ahead of the ETA . Two of the 3 items we ordered were done but the cheese bread was still 'in the works'. Waited for about 10-15 minutes for it to get prepared. I don't have any problem waiting HOWEVER my other 2 items (pizza and wings) were sitting on the prep counter the entire time and were cold when finally given to me (had to reheat those 2 items when I got home 6 minutes later..the bread was still hot). They were not very busy and only 3 of the pickup warmers had any items in them the entire time. There were more staff behind the counter then customers. The staff was friendly but very unorganized. Appeared as though they were training at least 2 new employees.Parking: There are limited parking spaces. Not the fault of Little Caesars.

David and Karlissa are amazing! They burnt my deep dish. So they remade it and gave me a free 2-liter and two cups for having to wait for extra minutes. That is awesome customer service, I worked retail for 10 years I greatly appreciate it! Thank you ?

Come here a lot and it is what it is. All the same stuff that varies from location to location. The only differences you will find are mostly customer service based and this one irritated me enough to make sure I leave a lesser review based upon the interaction with an employee today. I made an online order and came in a few minutes early and was just waiting patiently and the slightly larger girl with the blondish hair and glasses asked if I needed anything. So I said no that's ok I'm just waiting on a mobile order thank you. She then was like well if your name isn't on the screen it isn't ready yet. (With a bit of spice to it) I was a bit shocked at the snarkiness out of nowhere. I said that's ok thank you I saw it's in the oven still on my phone and smiled. Then when she handed me my food and sauce she just kind of slapped it all on the counter and (mind you we got like 10 sauces) was like ok here ya go. I said wow I didn't realize those all came with a marinara can I trade one for a different sauce? She did one of those "close your eyes so nobody can see you rolling them, but make it obvious enough so people know you're not impressed with the situation" and was like no I can't do that. So I said ok that's fine can I get something to put this all in like a bag or something please? She was just like no we don't have any bags sorry and started walking away so I waddled my way back to my car, arms overflowing with stick bags and sauces; one of which hit the ground while I fumbled to get my car door open. Anyways, thanks girl that I don't know the name of. I'm pretty sure you know who you are. I hope this review finds you well and you may decide to be more friendly and helpful in your friendly and helpful position at this store.Thanks again. Food was hot and did the job. -2 stars for customer service

Little Caesar's is dead. The service here is wildly inconsistent, with some employees extending quality service and others letting every customer know they don't want to be here with their tone and body language.I stopped ordering round pizzas from little Caesars a few years ago, but I still made this an option since the lunch special is the only Detroit-style pizza in the area. I know you get what you pay for, but the quality is so low that I think I will not be returning to any Little Caesar's again once Jet's Pizza opens on the Mukilteo Speedway.

2 of the last 3 times I've come here and ordered the "ExtraMostBestest" pizza's, they only put the normal amount of ingredients on for the toppings. Make sure you check your pizza before leaving because it's incredibly annoying to not get what you're paying extra for.
