2 ladies working there when I came in a few weeks ago, oven was broken, and the entire place was oddly warm and smelled like straight farts, very strongly, sandwich ingredients were not fresh.

Four stars is as high as I go for a franchise. That said, food is good as always. Great service from a Hawaiian looking dude. He was exceptionally cool, calm and collected, despite having six or seven orders yet to be made.

Ordered a couple subs online was charged for them and the app told me to pick-up my food it was ready but the store was closed at 8:15pm even though Google says open until 9pm.

This is a small Subway tucked into a small out of the way strip mall...but for Mukilteo residents it's an excellent place to order/eat your sandwiches. Service is fast. It's uncrowded.

I ordered online to pick it up myself. When I got home and took the first bite I found a foreign object in my sandwich that almost broke my tooth! I immediately spat it out and saw a black round and hard like rock object. I took the food back to the store and Calvin the only employee at the time told me he didn’t make the sandwich and did not know what to do or say! I asked him to call his manager and so he did. I could not hear what he told him but when Calvin came back to talk to me he only said “ My manager (Maxwell) is in a meeting and won’t be here anytime soon” at this point I was furious! I then asked: “ok what am I supposed to do come back later? Or wait for him?” He said I don’t know! I took a picture of the sandwich and asked for my money back. It was obvious that his manager was not in a meeting at 4:30 pm and was just avoiding the whole situation. Never going back and I suggest people to stay away from his place!

BEWARE Doordashers and Grubhubbers,They won’t put utensils in the bag even if you add it to the order. They didn’t put utensils in the bad for my Buffalo chicken salad. They also drench the salads in too much sauce.

Unpleasant Experience at this SubwayAs someone who values honesty, transparency, and health, I find it necessary to share my recent and consistently unpalatable experience at my local Subway.The first aspect that tainted my Subway experience is the egregious customer service I consistently received from the store owner. Now, I understand we all have off days, but the consistent cold and unfriendly demeanor made every visit to this establishment more of an ordeal than a pleasurable meal. There was a certain level of warmth and personable interaction that I found sadly missing.On top of the poor customer service, the price inconsistency is an issue that's hard to overlook. I order a very specific sandwich every few weeks - a simple veggie sandwich with an egg patty. Previously, this has always cost me around $9, a fair price for a fast food sandwich. On my most recent visit, however, the owner charged me a staggering $19 for the same order. When I questioned the price hike, I received no reasonable justification for it. This deceptive pricing practice is not only greedy but also incredibly disrespectful to loyal customers who support the business.Health and safety are two factors that we all hold to a high standard, especially when it comes to food businesses. Unfortunately, this local Subway has raised serious doubts in my mind in this respect. On numerous occasions, the owner has come to work visibly unwell, coughing and sneezing. I appreciate the commitment to work, but this should not be at the expense of customer health and food safety. It's concerning to think that this could be a reflection of a greater disregard for hygiene and safety standards within the establishment.In conclusion, I can't, in good conscience, recommend this Subway to anyone looking for a satisfying meal, good service, and a healthy environment. I'm profoundly disappointed with my experiences here, and I hope this review can help potential patrons make an informed decision. There are plenty of other sandwich shops around that value their customers and uphold high safety standards.

Went there at 7:55p for a simple sandwich, no one else there. They said it was closed. They should update their sign outside to say they close at 7:55p, not 8p. Not a big deal, just stick to your published hours, or publish new ones.

Got food from here on Sunday 3/12/2023 and my husband got severe food poisoning almost ended up in the hospital now wishing I had read the reviews before going to this location as it seems like he is not the first recently they clearly are not preparing and storing food properly or safely and The health department probably needs to pay them a visit

This place has the freshest bread ever. It is directly off Mukilteo speedway. Right behind Walgreens in Mukilteo. The bread is so fresh. The veggies are so fresh. The meat is outstanding. The staff is so nice you feel like you know them. The owners work, so hard to put out the best sandwiches ever. You will look at subway differently after eating there. I am leaving just a couple pictures so you get the picture of how amazing this place really is. If it's a little further out of your way, it's worth the ride.

There are a few major red flags about this location that should be mentioned to anyone who is thinking about eating here.First off, they food poisoned me. It isn't serious, but I have had digestive distress (to be polite) all day since I ate a foot long sub there. I ate nothing else and I have worked in restaurants and know the symptoms. There is no other suspect.Second, they overcharge. I ordered a foot long chicken sandwich which was listed at $10.99 on the giant menu above the sandwich bar. No drinks. No chips. No addons. When I got to the register, it was $13.49 after tax. When I asked, the man who was dressed in plain clothes and had "owner" vibes told me it was $11.99 plus tax.He minimized my concerns about being charged more than menu price and just told me "that's the price". I was hungry, paid the price, ate my sandwich, and now I am writing this review on a toilet wishing I never ate there.

Don't order online if you don't want burnt sandwiches. Apparently, if they burn their bread, they still give it to customers who aren't there to see it. When I called, the manager said very nonchalantly, "Someone burnt the bread", I asked if that was normal policy to still give it to the customer and she said, "Well, they just forgot to take it out". That will be the last time I get sandwiches from that particular location. Luckily there's another one with the same distance away, in the opposite direction.
