I've enjoyed this location. The staff seem to work well together, and the store manager can always be seen on the floor. Drinks are always right and well made. Lobby is always clean.
This is now my favorite Starbucks when I'm driving down from Vancouver Canada to Santa Cruz Ca. Everybody is so happy and all smiles willing to help customers and great service. Is it because the employees are all naturally caffeinated If only I can bring their vibes to my local Starbucks!!!
