A pleasant neighborhood ice cream shop that is so much more for both kids and adults. We typically get ice cream cones, but we were enticed to order their holiday ice cream sushi platter and hot chocolate tasting flight. It was fun for the entire family.

We were out and about with my husband and twin grandbabies, and we needed a potty & snack break. We happened to pull into the parking lot and found the Frosty Barrel. It's a nice little cafe, you can get a variety of snacks, meals, wines, fancy alcohol drinks, yummy kinds of coffees, shakes, malts, ice cream, yummy. We were thankful they had a nice changing table in both male & female bathrooms, it was a nice quiet, plesent place to enjoy, our grandbabies shared my ice cream ube, and jack-o'-lantern pumpkin spice. Yum yum
Wonderful ice cream shop here in Newcastle. My family loves coming here for ice cream, especially love the seasonal flavors. The booths are very comfortable and great for the kids. My go to order is the affogato!

Great shop! So glad I stopped. Customer service was great! Dairy and gluten free ice creams are also nut free!!I had the fig flatbread and a prosecco float with the pair sorbet!! I can't wait to come back!

I never thought I would like goat cheese whiskey cherry ? ice cream. It was wonderful. This place has a wonderful mixture of adult beverages with liquor influence ice cream with the traditional ice cream. There is gluten free and lactose free options. I can't wait to try the wine and ice cream pairing.
