“Outstanding atmosphere, service is always perfect, and the food is phenomenal! My gluten eating friends never complain when I ask to come here, they love it too. It’s so fun to be able to enjoy fish and chips again, they’re some of the best in the area.Vegetarian options: Plenty of delicious options and they are fantastic about making recommendations for modificationsDietary restrictions: Obviously a gluten free haven but they can accommodate other dietary needs like nut free, soy free, or dairy free. They know their menu well and take great care to ensure you have something safe to eat!“
“A free glass of champagne at entry yes and it was absolutely wonderful crisp and not too sweet My steak was cooked to perfection My server was very pleasant and knowledgeable about all of the items that we ordered he was very nice and will definitely return thanks a lot SouthCenter ... Friday Night 11pm server Elliot was great“
“they do special donuts every 4 weeks. so if you like new recipes and different kinds of treats, they are definitely your go to. they don't make a lot so, their line is usually wrapped around the block and once they're out, they're out. first come, first serve. well worth it!!!!“
“Food: 5/5 best croissant/pastries I've had in Seattle Coffee: 5/5 best cold brew we've had Price: 4/5 Service: 4/5 (only bc there's often a lot of people) BEST pastries and croissants of all bakeries I've been to in Seattle (and I've been to a lot). It's the exact right texture, flakiness, butter, and size - closest to French croissants you can get in Seattle. Great espresso drinks and some of the best cold brew we've had as well in Seattle. Runners up include L'Experience on Mercer Island (though it's a little pricey) and Baked Flours in Beacon Hill. The only downside is sometimes it's crowded (probably bc it's so good) so you might have to just go in and out. But the coffee and pastries are really second to none and we also pick up their in-house made unique preserves on occasion which are wonderful! Their Burien location is much larger with more inventory of jams, coffee, etc you can buy and space to sit down. We just don't make it out there often but it's a great location.“
“This cafe has unique seasonal flavors of your classic coffee drinks and bakery pastries. There’s ample space in the air conditioned upstairs or in open air seating outside. I enjoyed a Cardamom Rose Iced Late and chocolate croissant. The single all gender restroom was clean, well stocked, accessible, and had a changing table.“
“If youre looking for a freshly fried and uniquely flavored donut, this is the spot. For the price the donuts are more than fair, but be warned they are slightly on the small side. Even more reason to vuy a variety to try the weekly rotating flavors!“
“Came here for brunch on our way out of Seattle. Delicious food, especially the spam musubi, atmosphere is cozy and relaxed and the staff are super friendly and cool. We had to go back in and grab more musubi for the road before we left. Would definitely eat here again next time I'm in the “
“I love the coffee and pastries. I haven,'t had any other food but from my limited experience, I would guess it is equally goodI am from Oregon, but I am fortunate that my daughter lives around the corner from Redwing and I frequent Redwing when I visit my daughter.“
“Best best place to eat, I absolutely love everything I've ever had here!! I do think they need a bit more wait staff for how busy the place is, waited 15 minutes after being seated before anyone came back to take drink order. It's busy cause food is amazing, view is great too. I Absolutely will continue to recommend this place to everyone I know!!Vegetarian options: Unless your a vegetarian who eats seafood, there's nothing for you here!Kid-friendliness: I wish there was a pasta option on the kids menu, had to just order a pasta dish for a2 year old cause she doesn't eat anything that was an option for kids. She did love the pasta though!!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to enter, but it's very very tight once your inside, I don't know how a wheel chair would maneuver inside.“
“What a great, local establishment. You can’t go wrong with any of the sandwiches (the ham salad and the Irish breakfast sandwiches are my favorite). So many flavors of ice cream...all homemade. Locally made chocolates and an amazing assortment of European treats. The owners are so sweet and kind and their staff is always friendly and serves with a smile. Highly recommend (and take a half gallon of ice cream home with you)!“
“The slogan of this restaurant is "the best teriyaki in town" and it is SO TRUE. I've tried a lot of teriyaki in the south end, Georgetown and West Seattle and this place stands out for its high-quality taste and freshness, as well as cleanliness of the facility and the kindness of the staff. This is literally the only place I want teriyaki from in Seattle. A+!!!!!“
“If you’re a foodie like me , you will like this place. They have fantastic selection dishes on their menu. We like everything we tried. From appetizers to desserts , this restaurant exceeded our expectations. Servers were nice so as the owners. I highly recommend this restaurant.“
“Daaaaaamn. The cream puffs blew my mind! I bought a couple dozen for a memorial service after reading reviews and the lady working gave me one to try since I'd never had them. I took a bite while I was driving through the parking lot, and had to pull over to focus on it, it was THAT good. Follow the directions and eat it upside down so you don't lose the filling! The outer shell is like a delicate concha, and the cream is smooth and not overly sweet. The chocolate filling was almost malt flavored, and perfect too. The Macrons are surprisingly delicious too! I'm not always a fan of them, but these were really tasty and the flavors are varied and delicious. Red velvet was my favorite. No pictures because everything was devoured!“
“I live in the neighborhood and it is so lovely to be able to walk to an amazing pub with delicious fresh food that is always warm and welcoming. I have been a regular since the opened and always recommend them to folks. Most of the staff know me and my family and they always make us feel so welcome. I have gone to the other restaurants on their block, but they are my favorite.“
“Excellent Mexican meal that was spot on Mexican, with an excellent mezcal, in a relaxed environment.I had the Comalito and my friend the Puerco. Both were amazing. What I thought was a hard to find mezcal showed up and we sipped that.Hard to find authentic Mexican food in the Seattle where you can sit down on a cool afternoon. The trucks are great, but a restaurant is also needed.By the way, they have mezcal flights!“
“This was my first time trying Lect's and I couldn't have been more pleased! I heard about it online and when I checked the menu and saw beer brats & caramelized onion for today's soup, it became my mission to make it there before closing. This soup was amazing! Think of a french onion soup but with bratwursts and soo much flavor! The location is a cute little home-y spot with a walk-up window, which made it super quick and efficient to order and grab my food to-go. The service was excellent as well! A very friendly woman was working when I went and she was very quick with my order and still had a great attitude despite my arriving only about 15 minutes before closing. Will definitely be back!“
“I am a sucker for good coffee spot that hits all the right points, and this is it.It’s locally owned, so the owner is always present and actively envolved in the community. They clearly take care of their people, because staff turnover is low and they are always so nice. The staff are welcoming and jot only remember your drink, but your name, your pets, your kids, etc.The drinks are consistently delicious, and have a wide variety of options to delight all types of coffee and non-coffee drinkers. You have more than pastry case food options, from cold and hot sandwiches, to soups, and even salads. The atmosphere is cozy and great for socializing, working, or just relaxing on the outside patio with the sun on your face and the breeze from the Puget Sound. If the show “Cheers” was a coffee shop, Auntie Irene’s would be it.Kid-friendliness: They have a little kids table with books and toys to let kids play while adults get to spend time with other adults.“
“As a former resident of new York, some might say I have strong feelings about pizza. Talarico's does not disappoint. The slices are big & they have a wide selection of flavors. Karaoke is a fun addition! Service is always friendly & consistent.“
“Cute spot, good coffee. As of 2.4.24, their system prices were all higher than their menu prices so double check your order to make sure you aren’t being over charged. I understand that it is a lot of work toChange prices. You can also update your sign first, then your system (leaving people pleasantly surprised!), not your system first, then get around to the sign (leaving me having to ask why everything was more expensive than advertised and having to have the manager fix the transaction)“
“First time here for a happy hour with a friend and we didn't realize it was trivia night. We ended up playing and having a good time, servers were fun and played along. They also had great drinks and had GF pita so I could enjoy the hummus with more than just veggies!Dietary restrictions: Some gluten free (GF) options“
“I've been going to Marlene's in Federal Way Washington on and off for about 15 years. In my own personal opinion it is an excellent place to go if you want "all natural" products. They have a very very good salad bar and their sandwiches speak for themselves! I highly recommend this place!“
“Got terriyaki chicken with rice... which they steam... it was not edible... I sent it back and not one employee offered a menu luckily they took it off the bill Chips and dip had no flavor The rest of my family like the ramen... they use egg noodles so I couldn't try it The fried chicken isn't cooked the way its supposed to be. It's supposed to be double fried to be crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Instead it was a normal fry and the chicken inside was over cooked Service was lack luster and they really don't care or know how to respond to their food just not being good I'd recommend grilling instead of steaming your chicken and seasoning it while cook. Salt would go a long way...“
“Best cookies in Burien? Of course. Best cookies anywhere? Quite possibly. Every cookie is great. They have a number of regular flavors, with four or five monthly flavors. They are always super creative and delicious. Cookies are substantial, moist and crewy. Not dry or cake-y. Always a GF and Vegan option, which are just as good as the regulars. If you’re local, you have to come in on Saturdays for their dessert special. It’s only sold Saturday until they run out. It’s always amazing and a bargain at $4. Oh, by the way, the employees and owners are all great. I love this place!“
“Nice dark bar. Have been going here on and off for years. Easily my favorite spot to grab a beer and meal in Georgetown.Tavern burgers have a tad bigger patty than a smash burger in my opinion. Loaded with the usual suspects. $7 for a single ($9? for a double?). It doesn’t seem like a great deal but you can get plenty full from a single burger + fries for like ~$12. Massive portion of fries, extremely salty. Rainier tall boys are $4 (proper price) and there is a wide variety of beer on draft. Onion rings are also delicious and come with horseradish sauce that is delicious. Additional sauces are $.75 which makes sense if they’re made in house but I will always grumble about.Don’t believe they have pool tables as another reviewer mentioned. They do have outdoor patio. You can play pool next door at the Seattle Pool Hall.Service is pretty quick and decent though I haven’t been when it’s particularly busy. Bartenders are not the most conversational in my experience but that’s fine.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. 21+“
“Stopped here for an early dinner. Has the atmosphere typically found in many Italian restaurants. Dark wood, dim lights, candles, open kitchen. Service was on the higher end. I cannot remember her name, but she was great. Positive attitude, gave really good recommendations. When I forgot my leftovers, she ran out and brought them to me in the parking lot.She brought the bread and olive oil like many Italian restaurants do, but whatever seasoning they put in the oil was delicious.I started with the Caprese, tomatoes, basil, fresh mozzarella slices, driziled with extra virgin olive oil& sea salt. The mozzarella and tomatoes were in good sized slices. Not thin like many other places. I really preferred this way.The main course I chose Pollo Limone. Chicken breast sauteed with a lemon butter sauce, capers & artichoke hearts. I upgraded the pasta to have a rosé sauce. That was with it. This was probably the best pollo limone I ever had. This is my usual go to when I try a new Italian restaurant. The vegetable side that came with it was okay. Felt like it was lacking something. It may be the other items had so much flavor it made it feel a little bland.I did not want dessert, but they were sneaky and brought the display tray over. The berry tart caught my eye. It finished the meal nicely.“
“Good pastries, decent drink choices. The store is a bit small so if it’s raining or if it’s full inside, you’re getting your pastries + drinks to go.Everything seemed really fresh but I don’t think they bake it there. They must bring it from a commissary kitchen somewhere.“
“Took my daughter here for a nice dinner. It was winter so not much action going on outside on the water but I had the best rib eye I’ve had in my life and I’ve had a lot of them. She had bolognese and she said it was amazing and that is her favorite meal. Will definitely be back:)“
“Nothing to complain about here. Went here with a friend and we both enjoyed our experience. No problems ordering. The place wasn't crowded or noisy. The food was excellent. Now I can't say I've had Ethiopian food before so take this with a grain of salt but I enjoyed everything I ate. The portions were large. I could have easily shared with another person. The bread was amazing. Check it if you're in the mood for something different.“
“Stellar service, stellar food. I'm not much of a pasta guy but the saffron chicken pasta was fantasticUpdate: spicy sausage pizza was fabulous. We ordered the fig salad this time and they botched it but were super kind about taking it back!“
“One of my favorite places for breakfast food in Seattle. The food is made from scratch and so delicious every time. The ambiance is warm and cozy and the staff have some of the friendliest service I've ever encountered. I highly recommend this place if you're in the Georgetown area.“
“It's always consistent. It's a hole in the wall but tables are always clean. It's in a old building strip. Been going here for over 8-10 years. Beansprouts, lettuce & banana blossoms are always fresh & crunchy. Taste of broth & noodles are always on point. Always super packed on weekends esp. Sunday for lunch. Hope Seattle gets cleaned up so they can stay open longer in the evenings.“
“I always buy a haul from here while on the island. My choices always include the butter chicken, their GF tuna melt (best I’ve ever had), and the mocha yogurt is addictive, sooo delicious. It’s so nice to have gluten free options.Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options!“
“Solid Arepas. The arepa was fresh and well toasted. The meat was tasty.Just the pork one was missing a bit of flavor (sweetness and tart). The beef one was tasty since it had plantains. The cilantro sauce was a must add to complete the meal.“
“Still had loads of options left by 3 pm!! Savory and sweet pastry and pies, didn't get coffee but looked good too! Casual spot, not lots of seating space, but across from a park and downtown so plenty of spots to go. Right off the highway on the way to the ferry, so we just grabbed a snack to get in line for the 3:20. Bobs burger (vegetarian) is apparently an ode to the shop that was here before this one and I think it's a sweet gesture!! So flavorful, comes warm, great texture. All the sweets were superb. Def will be my new stop spot heading to the ferry!!!“
“Sooooooooooo good! Better than Japan honestly! And I’m born and raised in Japan! They don’t cheap out on fruits! You get fruits in every bite all the way down the crepe. And look at it! The presentation of the crape itself is amazing! Well done to the beautiful people I met making these pieces of art! Picture perfect crapes! 1000/10!!!! ?yum!“
“It's that time of year: with a week left before Easter I walked into the flagship store in Georgetown. It's a wonderful store experience. One is always graciously offered a taste of something dark or something milk chocolate. I opted for the dark almond cluster and loved it.But what I was looking for was not there. There's a large white chocolate egg that is decorated with filigree in past years. Of course this year the artists outdid themselves and it was decorated with cherry blossoms. Simply stunning. At $98 it is an absolutely special treat but I have a couple of little ones that matter a lot to me and I was prepared to throw down.Inside the egg are chicks and little eggs and rabbits all done in Chocolate. Unfortunately they were sold out at this location. So I opted to buy some of the smaller chocolate eggs for $18 that had two (white and dark chocolate egg) nestled inside. But the wonderful staff there, Brianna and Patrice, continue to troubleshoot with me when they realized I was really hoping there was an alternative. It's hard to accept a note when your heart is insistent that there is a yes...They decided to call around to see if perhaps some of the other stores still had the last egg despite notes that the company was out. Sure enough we found one the last remaining white egg at the University Village Fran’s. I called and left my credit card so that I could pick it up the next day. Without their willingness to persist with me I would not have found that solution. If you also have very special chocolate lovers I highly recommend the large egg. It's only comes once a year, even if it is spendy. I would so add: take a lesson from me and don't wait till the last week.I don't know if they have vegan chocolate options. I would hope they do but uncertain as of now.“
“I was around the corner at an automotive repair shop dropping my car off, and the service manager suggested All City Coffee. The coffee shop is cute, cozy, and gives off a welcoming vibe. The staff is super nice. The vibe was so on point, I ended up staying there to have my coffee and do some writing. Something is super calming about this spot. I had the Vanilla Cinnamon Latte with oatmik and it was fantastic! They have a lot of fantastic pastries and breakfast sandwiches as well. Definitely going back for another latte!“
“Love this coffee shop. I'm from California but have been visiting family for the holidays. I went to UPS one day and seen this coffee shop next door. The shop looked appealing so I went in and absolutely loved the vibe! The employees are friendly, the atmosphere is warm and inviting and the coffee tastes amazing. It's been my go to coffee shop while here. Love this place and will definitely keep coming back every time I visit.“
“Absolutely delicious! I picked up a Gusto di Limone and an individual carrot cake and royal raspberry. The Gusto Di Limone was my favorite, and the lemon silk was absolute perfection. Pick up was easy: the bakery is on the top floor of an older office building, delightfully tucked away at the end of the "pink" line on the second floor. It's not your traditional storefront, as they mostly send out their desserts, but very easy to find if you follow the directions on their website. Just find the stairs, go up, and then follow the signs and historical adverts to the door! I actually found it really refreshing to see a bakery that was so clearly geared towards the people working there, and not trying to put on this pristine facade to the public. I want baked goods that taste good and look good, and this is the place to get them! Phyllis the owner was there, and I really enjoyed getting to talk to her and learn more about the desserts and the business. I will 100% be purchasing again! Phyllis was kind enough to give me a coupon, which I'm definitely going to use!“
“Tell me something. You like teriyaki? Did you move out of state and find that good teriyaki in the US only exists in a few small pockets? Don’t sleep on this stuff guys. Was it Joni Mitchell who said “Don’t it always seem to go that you don’t what you got til it’s gone?” Grab on to the things you love and hold them tight. They will make most things gluten free and not make you feel like a bozo for asking.“
“We had such a delightful first visit to Snapdragon. Our visit was perfect from the moment we walked in and were greeted so warmly by every person working. They made a few suggestions and we were ready with our choices. We found a seat in the amazing seating area - so quirky and fun! Our food arrived quickly and it was amazing! I got the spring potatoes and eggs and it was just perfect. I can’t say enough good things about the apple cake - we all shared a piece and I wish I had more now! Thank you, Snapdragon! You have a special place. We will be back the next time we are on Vashon!“
“Only problem I have with this place is that I myself have not spent more money and tried more of their food. Tandori pizza is spicy and super delicious, they have great deals for large pizza' for under $20 and they're really good size. Staff and vibes are awesome, great place.“
“I learned that every family's BBH has its own profile. This BBH is made with quality ingredients and a good heart with a lighter flavor profile IMO. I don't have a MSG effect after having the soup. The service is fast and friendly. If I'm in the area, I will definitely come back for more. Pricing is friendly compared to other pho restaurants around CID and not to mention in the Eastside. Parking and another entrance is in the back from the Safeway parking direction.“
“Amazing food with a beautiful atmosphere and super kind attentive host. I had initially stopped here as I didn’t feel like waiting in line at another restaurant across the street and I was pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious and they had a huge verity on their menu - I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in the “
“I was so excited to finally go to this outlet store. We got bagels, two kinds of cookies, and 2 boxes of donuts for $10. I'm not kidding. Excellent customer service as well. We are huge fans of all the Franz products and can't wait to visit this store again!“
“Wonderful little coffee shop attached to a record shop. Their house made cashew milk is nothing shy of fantastic. Tried a macchiato with said cashew milk and loved it. I will definitely be returning. There's several excellent coffee shops in the area, but so far this one has the best non dairy options.“
“We scarfed down a couple burgers before a movie, I highly recommend eating their onion rings, I have never had onion rings that fluffy before. Almost worth a trip out to Vashon Island to try them. Also the Green Chili Burger was filling, with nice crisp fries.“
“We were heading to Pike Place for an improv show at Unexpected Products and had limited time to eat. We found this place for take-out and decided to give it a chance.First, parking in this area of Georgetown is a nightmare. But we somehow found a spot very close by.Second, we weren't sure where we were going to eat once we got said take-out. But they do have limited seating inside, AND we got a table!Third, we were super short on time and thought we might not get our food with enough time to eat because we saw all the tickets ahead of us. But, as luck was on our side, we got our food quickly! And it was absolutely delicious! Lots of vegan and non- vegan options. SO GOOD!“
“The staff is helpful and it always helps when they give out a couple of samples of their chocolates. I mean look at my profile picture. I am always in sticker shock whenever I buy from See's but its worth it. Definitely would recommend buying chocolate from this store“
“TL;DR- everything was excellent, will definitely be back!We started with the caprese, it was fresh and tasty. For dinner my wife ordered the bistecca romana (filet), while I had the rigatoni paesana (penne with a spicy red sauce). The rigatoni was very tasty. A modest dish featuring a creamy sauce, very well executed. The bistecca was a real star though. I couldn't help but admire the presentation when it was brought out- the thick cut stood tall on the plate surrounded by sauteed mushrooms. But it was more than a pretty face, cutting into the meat it was prepared perfectly (medium rare), and delicious! We'll definitely be back again!“
