El Kiosko is in OH's ex KFC, next to Haggen's behind Safeway Fuel, I have never been disappointed in the service or food. They have a large diverse menu especially considering it's size. The only downside for me is that since it's basically a drive in, U get plastic tableware. I can live with that or bring my own

Went in for breakfast on our last trip to Whidbey and it was delicious. I'm gluten free so I got a breakfast burrito in a bowl without the tortilla, and the portion was huge and really yummy. I will definitely be back.

The best place in the area that we’ve had since moving here. Would give it more than 5 stars if possible. The quesabirria is amazing, the consomé is unlike I’ve had before, the horchata is real horchata, the flan was too notch. 10000/10 recommend to anyone, this is now my partner and I’s “spot” for amazing food.

The tacos dont come with limes. The food is beyond bland and everything just tastes like i was in a hurry to go to work and threw stuff in a pan. So basic and the slowest service ever.

It really isn't the food I have a quip with it's the quantity of food...I've been in a few times now and each time I go in I hope that I will get a fulfilling lunch...this has not happened yet!It seems like for the price of lunch there should be about a third more food than there is.It is the exact opposite experience when you go to say a place like Chipotle. For less cost, at Chipotle, you walk out of there every time completely satisfied.At El Kiosko I never walk out of there completely satisfied.It is frustrating because I honestly want them to do well.I just think I need to buy lunch elsewhere after three unsuccessful attempts.

I was skeptical of this place at first bc every restaurant that has gone in this location has been less than quality, but this place reminds me of the tacquerias in Arizona, which are one of the few things I miss about Arizona. Try two Carne asada Tacos for $5.45, or anything else on their gigantic menu. It's also the only place I know where I can get a mulita or albondigas.

Chile Relleno on point! Crispy, hot cheese, great sauce. The rice and beans are great plus a small salad and sour cream? Yeah and corn tortillas. Best relleno in Oak Harbor from what I've had!
