I wish I could leave a positive review but I really, really can't. We wanted to use this food truck as our wedding vendor (due to the amazing pictures and reviews) but when we came down to try it, it was extremely disappointing in all respects. For starters, the lady was very cold and unfriendly. The guy seemed nice enough but unfortunately the woman's attitude really soured our experience. They had expressed enthusiasm about catering our event before, but in person it seemed like we were asking her a personal favor that she was extremely unexcited about. Like, okay??? Why did you tell me you cater if you didn't want to??We still wanted to try the food, of course, so we ordered a handful of (expensive) dishes. The food was bland and extremely underwhelming in all respects. We eat a LOT of Indian and Mediterranean food at many different restaurants and this is some of the worst we've had. Every dish was underseasoned with poorly paired textures. I dislike leaving bad reviews for new / small businesses but I feel like it's worth it if it even saves one person from spending their hard earned money here.

Wow!!!! First time here. I was looking for a vegetarian option and found one of the best places ever! I'm finishing a paneer spicy roll and OMG!! Tasty AF!! Definitely my go to food truck next time I visit Olympia.Keep up with the great job!! ??❤️??

I love the food and I am a recurring customer. Yesterday, I noticed they charged me two separate times for the same order. That will be my last time going here.Also, after reading the reviews below, it looks like this has happened before to others too. I will dispute it with the bank and I hope other customers catch when this happens! By chance, I saw it on my bank statement.

THIS FOOD IS SO GOOD IT IS UNBELIEVABLE! I mean seriously, this was an unexpectedly transcendent meal from a little food truck! I got the Akashic burger, which was so flavorful and perfectly cooked. The meat itself is grass fed beef and has an amazing taste. It came with garlic cilantro fries and honestly I would go back just to eat the fries. I got two whole roasted garlic cloves in my order. The fries are crispy and sooo good. And then there's the tempura artichokes. THESE ARE AMAZING. They're crispy outside, soft but not soggy inside, and have a wonderful briny taste. The dipping sauce is minty and delicious and there's a few pickled onions that make a perfect bite. It's not cheap but everything is highest quality and it's way more than I could eat in one sitting. I will be back to try everything else.

A friend and I went to Three Magnets after a hike and were told out Akashic for food choices - so happy we stopped by! We both ordered the burrito/wrap and garlic fries and they were so tasty! I would love to order more food from next time I'm in town!

Food was good but I was mistakenly charged twice for the same meal and there is no good way on the website to dispute the charge. Also I am glad I eventually caught it. It is not a good experience to be charged twice for the same meal, plus paying tips twice. I paid $90 for a burger and noodles, and it is the most expensive truck food I ever got. Great food truck serving fusion indian food. I finally got to try Akashic after so many trips in Olympia. We ordered the indian burger - vada pav (highly recommend & delicious), chicken rice bowl (tasty), chicken bombay roll (indian burrito with chicken - nice flavors and huge) along with their gun powder fries (amazing). While I liked all their dishes their chicken bombay roll had way too much rice but had good flavors. It was tasty just a little too much of rice imo. I reduced a star for 2 reasons - 1. This place isnt cheap 2. They change their food truck location which is okay but their online order via Uber Eats does not work. Atleast when I was trying for 2 days it said the food truck is not available while they actually were in operation. They would not answer their phone call and we had to locate their food truck to place our bulk order for a large group. Hence reduced the star. All in all I would order back from here but hope they figure out why Uber Eats or Postmates or delivery.com were unable to process any online order even when they were around changing locations in Olympia. Dont have the bandwidth to chase them on the streets of Olympia tbh.

Very unique blending of Indian flavors and spices in burgers and fries. Kimchi burger was awesome and the fried artichokes are worth trying. You can order to go or eat inside of Three Magnets when parked outside.
