Great for a special occasion!Dietary restrictions: We were asked if we had any dietary restrictions before service. They obviously care about their customers.

Everything was perfect. Attentive wait persons, delicious pasta (gf available, even ravioli) and quiet, comfortable atmosphere. Padded seats on the chairs and a coat closet.Vegetarian options: It would be easy to order vegetarian pasta and salads here. Don't forget dessert.Dietary restrictions: Our gf linguine was delicious.Wheelchair accessibility: It looks easily accessible.

Not our first time here. 2/15 scene: 2 waitresses, 1 new and 1 old. Refuse to help each other- the older one wouldn’t offer water, or bread, or any pleasantries to tables that weren’t “hers.” The younger waitress was eager to please but completely overwhelmed with her workload. They are expected to 1) greet and seat customers 2) fill waters and serve bread 3) take orders and deliver food 4) bus the tables they wait on 4) make drinks 5) everything else. Therefore, because of the management’s decisions, we sat at our table with no water or attention for the first 10-15 minutes. After ordering, we received our only bread offering(other tables were offered more while we were not). We then waited for a very long time for an appetizer and when our food finally arrived, it was obvious it had been sitting beneath a heat lamp for an extended period. The pasta was nearly inedible due to the flavorless cream sauce and the noodles all clumping together.

Nice place. Loved the homemade pasta. My wife's lasagna tasted great but was a little burnt on the bottom. Great crafted cocktails, nice wine list, and perfect deserts. I'd go back.

The eggplant appetizer was excellent and the best tiramisu in town! Will definitely be back again and again :)

I purchased a few sauces and pastas at the farmer's market, and stopped in the restaurant for food to go, many times. The real treat is dining in. It's romantic, with dim lighting and a quiet crowd. The service is great, food is delectable, and the atmosphere is relaxing.

Great place. Food was spectacular. Short ribs were spot on. We were not disappointed. We did not leave with leftovers if that is a statement on how good the food was. Pictured is the roasted beet salad.

The menu is interesting and diverse. The food was well prepared. They offer a drink that is worth the trip all on its own. I forget the name but it's made with lime and sage, I believe.

After being seated we ordered appetizer and our main dishes. Was not a crowded night. We sat for 45 minutes waiting for our appetizer to be served. At that time nothing had been served to us so we left. Would never go back.

Never disappoints! They even let's us take home the wine & butter sauce leftover from the mussels & clams! We are so bougie!

Service was slow (25 minutes to ask for a drink order, another 20 minutes to drop off), food was overcooked, polenta was a salt lick. This is one of the places that would never be able to survive in a larger city. Limited "higher-end" italian cuisine choices in the area keep this place afloat.

We tried Basilico in 2019 and were not impressed. We decided to try again in 2024. Still not impressed, especially for the price. It took an hour to get our entrees, which were good once they arrived. This was even after we agreed to push back our reservation by 30 minutes at their request. The so-called gorgonzola dressing on the salad did not taste like gorgonzola. In fact, it was one of the most flavorless salad dressings I've had in my life.

Wonderful experience for me! I have developed some food sensitivities to garlic onions and gluten, which make eating out nearly impossible! Who knew the place that could accommodate me best in Olympia would be an Italian restaurant. Usually at a restaurant I’m stuck with one choice, and so much is left out it’s not even a complete meal. This is the first time I’ve been able to participate in a full meal from start to finish at a restaurant. I was so happy - I nearly cried! I was brought gluten free bread to start, had many choices for an appetizer, main and dessert. I left with a full, happy tummy, and even better- no bad reactions! Everything was prepared beautifully and so delicious! Thank you for being so careful and accommodating to people with food sensitivities, instead of making them an afterthought. Can’t wait to come back to try more of the menu!Dietary restrictions: Many menu items are made to order so somefood sensitivities can be accommodated
