Bless the poor new girl who was trying to help check us out. She was very confused on the size of the cake we were buying and the price we were paying. She told us multiple times it was mislabeled as the wrong price. We didn't care we told her we would pay the $10 more just to get out of there quickly. We didn't get a receipt, That was my mistake. We got home and cut into the cake that we bought and it was chocolate and not white cake like it was labeled. I called the store to let them know that they had mislabeled the cake and that unfortunately I hadn't gotten the receipt but I was curious if there was anything they could do. They were not willing to help. Pretty disappointed that I spent $50 on a cake that no one in my household is going to eat. We buy At least one birthday cake a year for our family from Baskin-Robbins and they have never let us down before. I'm pretty disappointed and I think this will be the end of our ice cream cake tradition. I was really more confident that they were going to resolve this issue.

The staff made it seem like my son and I were inconveniencing them by coming in to purchase ice cream.Arrived with 47 minutes to close. Three staff working. They were closing up all tables, the gal still had one table left as we walked in and proceeded to pile chairs on the top of last table. I was with my son and we were viewing the different flavors and the heavy set grumpy girl staff rudely asks if we have made a choice yet and rolling her eyes when I said no we hadn't. We went to sit down and with the ice cream in our hands had to pull all the chairs off. There were three staff. Two were not doing anything. Two other parties came in after us.This gang of girls working is probably bad for business.

Came here today and they have a flavor called turkey day fixings, which is an ice cream with sweet potato, autumn spices and cranberry drizzle, and honey cornbread chunks. It was weird but very good. I also tried the apple cider flavor and it's an acquired taste, so definitely get a sample. Sis got a scoop of the turkey day and the cold brew and that was a good mix. I got a scoop of the peppermint stick, which had bigger than I expected pieces of candy cane in it, the cotton candy, and the Oreo cookie cream as a banana split, but with no sauces because I wanted to taste the flavors of the ice cream. There aren't a lot of tables, but each one has four seats so they surprisingly have enough seating for whoever is in there in the winter. The employees are friendly and greeted us on the way in and out, so excellent service.

My fiance, mother in law and I went in to this ice cream shop and ordered and the heavy set Younger girl that worked behind the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful laughing and glaring at all the customers that were walking in with her friend who was sitting at one of the tables waiting for her to get off work and she doesn't know how to clean either. She just was not a very good customer service person. I've never been to a place that had such disrespectful workers

Well went in here yesterday with my fiance and her stepmom and brother for his birthday, and whilst deciding what he wanted the lady asked if he was autistic out loud basically to his face. Having worked in service establishments I am completely disgusted by this.

This used to be a great ice cream shop. Since it changed ownership, it no longer has that distinction. My husband purchased three quarts of ice cream last week. The containers were less than 3/4 full. After we finished one, he used a quart measuring cup to determine how full the container needed to be to hold a quart. The water filled the container to the brim. Buyer beware!

Ordered a banana split that was supposed to have 3 scoops of ice cream. This thing was nasty! 90% toppings and 10% ice cream. I don't think there was half of a scoop between the 3 different flavors.

This store has great customer service and is quick. The reason for the 4 stars is my cone didn't stick together and fell over. The employee did remake my cone without charge. Shouldn't of fell off the cone in the first place though. Definitely will be back again though.

My anniversary cake was completely messed up and everyone in my family was disappointed a lot . These guys delivered a different cake than what I ordered and there was no time to re-order as we planned to cut the cake at midnight. The surprising part is they did not accept the mistake and started blaming me. I said the cake melted a little bit and I would return it, but they needed the cake exactly to be refunded. Again, requested, saying that since it was midnight, I was unable to get back and the cake started melting by the time we realized what to do. But these guys are very commercial, not customer friendly, or not in a position to understand customer problems/issues to resolve them. I posted this to all my community members and we have all decided not to order anything from this place. Just Avoid this place

Yo, Baskin, you gotta figure out better sundae containers. The employees hate dealing with them and customers are sick of cleaning up the mess when they inevitably leak in the car. FIX IT.
