“Great vibe and environment! Love the people and they know how to setup a good evening, you can catch up with friends and play games, there's a great selection of tasty ciders! And it's just thoroughly enjoyable all around and I believe you'll really enjoy the people who run it!“
“Tipsy Whale is a great place to get a drink. Lots of beer and cider on tap...and if you prefer wine, there's a great selection as well. Great outdoor seating and a gem of a second story to watch your favorite sports or to play some board games. Food is available from one or more food trucks on site.“
“For what they have they are good. Their name states beer and coffee in the title, but you only get coffee earlier in day. Also no food. But the atmosphere is pleasant and the guest crowd are quality people: No teenie-boppers, no annoying Karens. Great beer selection.Parking: They have it.“
“My hubby and I were in town to see a show and stopped into Rumors for a pre-show sip and nibble and I'm glad that we did.The bartender suggested a flight and we chose a Spanish tempranillo, a California old vine Zin and a Malbec from the Argentine. We ordered the cheese and meat board for the nibble. The wines were excellent and the food paired well. The atmosphere is classy and cozy and the service is welcoming. We'll be back next time we're in town.“
“One of Olympia's long-standing establishments, the Eastside Club Tavern, offers a unique blend of historic charm and comfort. While debate continues over which local bar is truly the oldest, there's no denying the Eastside Club's rich history and enduring appeal. The club operates on a beer and cash-only basis, featuring a diverse selection of local brews in a warm, welcoming setting. For "The Simpsons" fans, a few fun surprises behind the bar add an extra touch of whimsy.Despite not offering its 'own' food (popcorn and chips) there are options in and nearby, patrons are welcome to bring their own. The friendly staff and rotating tap list contribute to the tavern's charm. Remember to bring cash and enjoy one of Olympia's fun bars.“
“Quick service. We came in on a Saturday night, & it was very mellow in there. By far the best japanese steakhouse we have been to, HUGE portions, delicious food, the chef was hilarious, & our server was so kind and helpful. Try the Punch, it was a hit with my husband. It may seem a bit pricey. But with how much food you get/the experience i would say its worth it. Were from eastern WA, & similar places charge just as much or more, & give you less food.“
“Hands down the best pizza crust I’ve ever eaten and the toppings are high quality deliciousness. Levi, the owner, told us the dough comes from a 15 year old mother dough ?My husband and I highly recommend the Oly Tap Room for lunch, dinner or just hanging out. The music is great and the wine is even better!“
“This is the first margarita Ive had since returning from Mexico and I can say it was not a good experience. Mexico has ruined margaritas for me for life, luckily Im going back to Mexico next month. But, I did have a good meal that was a pulled pork on mac & cheese. It was actually a bit spicy, wasnt expecting that, but all in all it was good. The restaurant is un a weird place, surrounded by apartments and houses atop a hill, hence the name. Seemed like only a couple staff, but it was good service. Lots of beer available, only saw one cider listed.“
“Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The pinball machines are well maintained and if there are any issues, the staff can usually respond pretty quickly. It seems the cost of each game kind of rotates which I found makes me play some machines I may pass on. They do allow outside food as long as they do not offer it on their menu.“
