The remodel has taken away all the charm of the place. It used to have fun tables with little bottle cap puzzles imbedded in them. Now everything is just plain and boring. Instead of typical restaurant experience where you are seated and waited on, now you order at the counter, pay and get a number you bring to your table. They bring the food out when ready. To me it just makes it feel less personable and more like a fast food deal.

(Verse 1) Listen up, I got a tale to tell, 'Bout a place where the vibe ain't swell, Brewery City Pizza, it's a grim affair, Where the food's so bad, it'll give you a scare, Employees slaving away, in the depths of despair, Under a manager who's a nightmare, They claim to be local, but it's just a lie, Owned by rich cats, with a sinister tie, In the kitchen, it's a scene from a horror flick, Ranch left out, turning sour and sick! (Chorus) Brewery City Pizza, a pit of dread, Where darkness lurks, and hope is dead, From the food to the staff, it's all decay, Better run far, and stay away! (Verse 2) The pizza's like poison, the wings like despair, Every bite you take, fills you with a scare, Employees toil in shadows, under a gloomy sky, With a manager who's a demon in disguise, They pretend to care, but it's all a sham, In the end, it's just a twisted scam, Ranch dressing festers, like a festering sore, Yet they serve it up, like they're asking for more! (Chorus) Brewery City Pizza, a pit of dread, Where darkness lurks, and hope is dead, From the food to the staff, it's all decay, Better run far, and stay away! (Bridge) So heed my warning, and listen well, Brewery City Pizza is a living hell, Don't be lured by its sinister charm, Find another haunt, far from harm! (Outro) Brewery City Pizza, a place of gloom, Where nightmares lurk in every room, So save yourself, and save your soul, From this dark abyss, let's take control!

Brewery City Pizza in town boasts a reputation for serving pizza that's as lackluster as it is overpriced. Despite charging prices comparable to Vic's Pizza, the quality of the pizza falls far short of expectations. One of the most glaring issues is the dough, which lacks the fresh, flavorful texture that defines a great pizza. Instead, it's often dry, bland, and lacking in character, leaving diners wondering if it's been sitting out for far too long. But the disappointment doesn't end there. Toppings are sparse and uninspired, failing to elevate the lackluster base. Whether it's the lack of quality in the cheese or the skimpy portions of toppings, each bite leaves much to be desired. Moreover, the overall taste experience is forgettable at best and off-putting at worst. From the lack of seasoning to the absence of any distinctive flavor profiles, Brewery City Pizza fails to deliver on the promise of a satisfying pizza experience. In a town brimming with pizzerias offering superior quality at more reasonable prices, it's difficult to justify choosing Brewery City Pizza. With so many other options available, discerning diners would be wise to steer clear of this establishment and opt for a more satisfying slice elsewhere.

As a longtime patron of Brewery City Pizza, I've recently found myself grappling with a moral dilemma that has left a sour taste in my mouth. My decision to dine at Brewery City Pizza was initially fueled by the warmth of friendship, as a close friend had found employment there. However, my loyalty has been tested by the company's recent decision to outsource their delivery services to DoorDash, effectively eliminating the jobs of dedicated drivers like my friend. This shift in business strategy not only affects the livelihood of individuals like my friend but also strikes a chord with me on a deeply personal level. I can't help but reminisce about my grandparents, who, in their unwavering kindness, always tipped their delivery boy generously. Their act of appreciation was not just about compensating for a service rendered but a gesture of respect for hard work and dedication. Now, as I contemplate ordering from Brewery City Pizza, I can't shake the feeling of discomfort and disappointment. It feels disrespectful to disregard the years of tradition and values instilled by my grandparents, who taught me the importance of acknowledging and supporting those who work tirelessly to serve us.While I understand the allure of streamlining operations and embracing technological advancements, I can't help but feel a pang of sadness knowing that the human element, the personal connection forged between customer and driver, has been sacrificed in the name of efficiency. As much as I once enjoyed the taste of Brewery City Pizza's offerings, I find myself unable to continue supporting a company that prioritizes profit margins over the well-being of its employees and the values that once made it a cherished dining destination. Until Brewery City Pizza reevaluates its priorities and reinstates the dignity of its workforce, I, regrettably, must bid farewell to a once-beloved establishment.

I have always loved Brewery City. Their pizza is almost the best in town and the Calzone was always delicious, too. I was so shocked by the calzone I got this day. There was at least 30 pepperoni in one pile on the left. Then a round of black olives. In the middle. No cheese or anything else in 2/3 of it. The dough was half raw. It was inedible, to be honest. I ate about a quarter of it and was so disgusted I just threw it away. I really hope this was just an off day, an off order or something and this isn't what I should just expect from now on. So disappointed.

This place is living off legacy. BCP used to be king of the town and a great place to go. The remodel doesn’t cover up bad service or the restaurant being short staffed. Saturday lunch and the place was dead. Took forever to get food. Food was ok but seemed like my pasta was microwaved to heat, had a lukewarm temp so it either sat around for a bit or it was microwaved. Staff that were there looked stressed and frazzled and confused. They weren’t rude but the atmosphere suffers when staff appear stressed. They had an opportunity to reinvent their brand and menu with remodel but missed the boat on both in my opinion. Don’t think I’ll be back.
