This location has to be one of the worst Burger King's in the world. I don't eat fast food often anymore and I rarely eat at Burger King in Lacey off College Street, but I seem to be hungry around here once a year or so an that place is just terrible.Starts at the top, the owner must suck. The kids working there haven't been trained properly an the food comes out awful. I knew that before going in today but I still stopped by, an it came out like I thought it would. Terrible.The higher ups at this corporation should either make this owner sell or get on him or her to get their act together cause it can't be that hard to make that food decent. Yet this location never does.Just go somewhere else, anywhere else cause this particular Burger King is terrible.

I ask myself often why I continue to come to this location. The service is incredibly slow everything and most food is always cold. It's cheap. Sometimes it's convenience, but it baffles me why they work one car at a time EVERY time I go.I've never had my order get messed up yet, however it almost did last time I went but I caught it at the window.I.e. we asked for regular nugget meal and started to put it in as chicken fries. Had we not checked with them at window we would have gotten the wrong thing and we don't like the chicken fries.They aren't rude, but they aren't necessarily friendly. The Staff needs help at this location. Not sure what is going on.I'm pretty forgiving as I understand food industry can be tough but the wait times are kind of ridiculous. And cold food everytime is not cool.

I pre-ordered two breakfast sandwiches using the app and I am still waiting for food.What is the deal? I have seen three cars now take off. Not sure if they got their food or not but this is the worst service I have ever seen from a fast food establishment.

Here I had a glowing review written this morning, and then they just parked me, with no one behind me, and forgot my condiments on delivery. Good thing no one with disabilities eats here, because employees direct everyone to risk a $250 ticket and park in the disabled parking spot.Again, I had a REALLY good review written until about five minutes ago. Then I stopped by at 1130 and got parked, like I'm just too much of a burden to be allowed to get my food at the window. From five stars to one, hope the manager keeps telling employees to park everyone until the store goes under.

Horrifically slow. Even with only one car ahead of me, it took almost 20 minutes to make it through the drive-thru, and then I had to wait additional time because they couldn't actually hand me the order at the window. I'm not sure who is managing this location, but they aren't doing much of a job.

On February 9th, 2024 at about 4:00 pm, we walked into the restaurant, stood at the counter. We waited for about 15 minutes. Nobody greeted us, told us they'd be right with us, nobody even attempted to take our order. Not even any eye contact. We eventually left the store. All I wanted was a double whopper meal.
Trisha at the drive-thru was very kind and helpful on my wife's iced coffee order. She made my day!

--2024-01-29They had us pull off and wait for 2 wraps 2 ketchup chz burgers and a chix sandwich. None of which were but remotely warm. This is my second time thru this location and both times they had me pull off. Well, ok, they wanted me to do it the first time but when I suggested to skip the fries they all the sudden found they had them in the bin. Kinda tired of the less than stellar anything from any BK in this area. Even the one on base.

Late night experience was sketchy. Employee was rude, didn't provide service. Only provided attitude. Borderline aggressive to the point it felt like it might get physical. Don't go late. They turn the signs off and are only there to make the hourly and intimidate customers
