I felt totally comfortable and at ease in the lobby waiting for the food. Which was ready right when they said it would be. Pizza was wonderful- quality ingredients make all the difference. Dam good meatball sandwich too.

Really fine old-school style pizza. Quality ingredients and loads of toppings. Nice beer selection as well. I got the house pizza I think. Note the pepperoni on top of the salami A+ for good use of pizza real estate

Nice, quiet restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere. I absolutely love the meatball sub and a side salad. I haven't really tried much else but i hear their pizzas are pretty good.

Staff was good but the food was only ok. I have never had minestrone soup where it looks like they used an immersion blender. Honestly I've had better tortellini from Costco. The sauce was pretty good but I have definitely had far better. Although they do have a handicap parking spot do not try to use the restrooms if you are handicapped. Not enough room and there was no way anyone in a wheelchair would be able to get through the door let alone into one of the stalls. I've given this restaurant multiple meals at different locations and every single time it's been a disappointment.

It's like freezer pizza, girlfriend got gluten free spaghetti with a vegan sauce but they gave her normal noodles and a different sauce. Sure it's not a big deal but how hard is it to cook and fill orders professionally? 50 bucks to have some people fail at a job they do everyday

The reason for the low review is the safety of their front entrance. There is a drop and it is not painted. Myself and a group of coworkers ate here 3/28/24, and I did not see the drop off the front step, cuasing me to drop my hip and catch myself on the front pole. As of today my hips are killing me. Please highlight the drop off the front of your building. The onion soup was amazing as was the garlic bread.

The sign says 'National Award Winning Pizza'. The pizza sucked. Domino's makes a better pizza. We ordered a "Full Boat" and the "Casa Mia Special". They were dry, bland, and over cooked on the bottom. We paid $65 for 2 pizzas and left 3/4 of it behind.I will give them one more visit to try something non-pizza. Hopefully with better results.

Went for lunch @ the Plum Street Casa Mia with friends. I ordered my usual soup & salad. My friend, however, ordered the "soupiest lazagna" I had ever seen. She said it was awful. I told her to send it back, she said she would take it home and add some veggies to thicken, but she was sick all night from the bad Raviolli. Next day I read the Thurston Co Inspection report and Casa Mia Plum St. got cited with 55 red demerits. WOW, I've been eating @ both Plum & Martin Way Casa Mia restaurants (20+ years) and this is the first time bad food, ever! Very disappointing!!!!!

I was there on a weekday for lunch with coworkers. Our waitress brought menus and drinks as expected. Nearly 15 minutes later no one had taken our order. I had to search out our waitress to remind her. Otherwise, service was great.Everything we had looked and tasted fine. My meal was good, but I wouldn't call it fabulous.

Worst tasting lasagna I've ever been served. The heavy sauce was a soupy mess, noodles were tasteless and the cheese was burned on top. This was unlike any baked lasagna I've ever eaten. Even the school cafeteria served better tasting food than this.

The food was mediocre at best, we had lasagna and chicken parmigiana. The waitress was nice, but a little overwhelmed. I don’t think we will be back,
