This place is inside the mall in Olympia. It is a chain but my oh my do they have good cheesesteaks. I always come here when I go to the mall if I want a quick bite. Everything was super hot and fresh.

Great consistent attention and service. Quick skilled cooks whip up delicious cheese steaks. The left is a Chicken Philly and the right is an Old School Cheese steak. The left drink is a fresh fruit Peach Lemonade and the right is a watermelon strawberry lemonade. Thank you for feeding us for the 3rd time in a month!!!
Used to be pretty good....I could do better at home. And that is sad.

Bought the sandwich just by itself a large Philly cheese all good went to pay did the tap to pay All good was 1094 and then all of a sudden I look at my banking app and it says I was charged 12.58. so im like hold on a second, so I look at my receipt and it says that I was charged $1.64 for a tip which I did not tip them so I asked them what's up with this Do you guys try to charge like an automatic tip or something and she was like oh you must have accidentally hit a button. I'm like what button I put my card down and that's it and they didn't fix it so they're wack

We really have enjoyed the bacon 3 cheese sandwich. We come here whenever we go to the movies. My favorite staff member is Lili. She's awesome. Keep up the good work Lili and we hopefully will see you next time!

I’ve eaten here before, more so at other locations across the the country in my travels with the military. This is one of those stories where you zigged when you should have zagged.I usually get a 3 cheese steak sandwich, normal fry and go about my business. Today thanks to modern day advertising and marketing I got the old school cheese wiz steak. I like to watch them cook it just cause, I like being sanitary. Right out the gate the lady cooking out mushrooms and peppers on the thing which for me wasn’t bad so I just said it was okay and proceed anyway. Than she put the normal 3 cheese on there and than it melted and she pulled it off realizing she used the wrong cheese.I should have not been so nice there as I watched her put about half the steak in the trash and at $21 for this meal, I want my moneys worth as do most customers. She apologized, her manager is watching her make the food and supposed to be training but didn’t see anything happening there. Than came the grossest, she dumped so much cheese wiz on this thing I couldn’t make out the beef anymore. I already lost half my steak, just give me half the cheese. She apologized again and gave me my food. Manager or whoever was training her didn’t give a rip about a customer getting what and the amount he payed for.To Charlie’s advantage today I was in a mega rush, took the tray sat down ate my fries, attempted 1 bite of the cold liquid cheese sandwich and threw it away. People mess up and I understand that but if you’re supposed to be setting the standard As management it’s by example. Should have helped out your crew a bit more is all. To be honest I’m not going back, $21 is too much to pay for that experience again.I gave 3 stars to the memory of the other Charlie’s I have been too.

The cashier asked me if my money was real! I am appalled by how I was treated by this company and i.will ensure that everyone knows not to come here based on their discriminatory actions today, Saturday 6/25/22 at 2:30 PM. YOUR cashier needs to be talked to because this kind of action towards an upper class woman is not acceptable in the slightest!

The woman who took my order was mundane, unenthusiastic, and reminded me of Wednesday Addams. I loved every second of it! The food is top notch quality and served in a timely fashion at peak lunch hours. Definitely going to return!
