Dear Michael Fritsch,I apologize for putting this on Google. I would much rather have sent you a personal note via any social media channel, but you don't seem to have a presence anywhere I can access.I like Eastside Big Tom. I enjoy the food and the staff's energy. Last Friday, I stopped in for my usual Chicken sandwich and fries. I was charged $15 for the meal. That's a lot, especially considering I could have had an equivalent meal for about five dollars less at the local Chick-fil-A.What really irritated me was the appearance of the staff member who brought the food to my car. She was wearing a black-and-white kaffiyeh, which I'm sure you know has become symbolic of the pro-Palestinian movement. While I respect individuals' right to express their views, I believe such symbolism has no place in a business transaction, especially when it could be seen as promoting a divisive political stance.Please consider my feedback and focus on your food and not politics.

14.95 plus tax for a burger and fries, the fries were still raw in the middle, terrible value, should be half that price for what you get, pretty sad that I got priced out of being able to patronagethe corner Burger joint.

Wanted to share our experience because it was our first time having an Eastside Big Tom's burger. Yes, we dined there, not in. Thinking many have said these are the best. Wrong. The menu online is NOT updated with prices. The Big Tom burger was average size, their house sauce lacked, what I would say, a unique flavor and was messy.When we tried to let them know, the employee got mad and snapped back with a rude comment. Guess we all still have something to learn.Won't go back there for sure.

Cute little restaurant! For 2 meals it only took around 5 minutes for them to take my order and give me my food. Their stuff tastes homemade and I will definitely be coming back!
