Originally from Southern California so a taco snob. So far best street taco in the area (have been to about 4-6 others in the Olympia/Lacey area). Tacos are all I have had so can't speak on the other food.

There are so many taco trucks to choose from in the area, and my love for tacos has brought me to the majority of them. However, I keep coming back to this one because it is one of the best, in my opinion. Portions are big, prices are reasonable, and the service is always friendly, fast, and accurate. The food is like any other typical Mexican food truck. It’s nothing mind blowing, but it’s still good. I’d give it 4 stars for the taste, but this is the second time I’ve gotten nauseated after eating here. The first time I brushed it off because I thought it might’ve been something else I ate that day. But this time I knew it was for sure the food from here.

Good flavor and food and all that but sometimes questionable. I’ve been going here for a few years and loved it up until about six months ago when I started noticing certain things. One of my times there, I saw one of the cooks grab my debit card with his gloved, cooking hands to swipe. Another one is when I ordered a quesadilla and it was literally like a heart attack burger but with pure cheese and grease. A more recent experience had me eating a burrito with undercooked rice. The reason why I keep coming back every few months or so is because I’ve been going to them for a long time and assumed things would go back. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case right now.
The food is delicious but since when does the food not include sauces?10/12/23 at 2:00pm I ordered takeout and asked for 6 sauces for an order for 3 people. And they charged me 30 cents for sauce. I asked why they charged for all the sauces (I was thinking of paying about 4) the girl who charged told me that the food does not include sauces. I mean since when? Very bad for other people and I would gladly pay for it but there should be a sign indicating that the food does not include sauces.

The food is delicious! The green salsa... ahhh! So good! I literally can't even stand Chipotle anymore!Vegetarian options: They were easily able to accommodate my vegetarian request and it was delicious!
Give me street tacos any day of the week! But especially after running errands on a Saturday and then needing to stop for food fuel, these tacos on the back of my truck bed were the perfect happy moment before I got busy with the next set of errands! Carne asada is my classic favorite from here but their lengua is also very tender and flavorful. The pastor was a little heavy on the cumin today for my taste but other than that, perfect as usual. I love how they serve each plate with carrots, onions and radish. I love radish! Tacos are now about $2.45/tacos. For 7 tacos, with tip, my total was $25. Buen provecho!
