Food is good but they won’t give you a cup of water if you order food.

Not bad but not good either. I still go here from time to time if I want something fresh on this side of town but I've regretted it quite often. The owner should probably Google what vegan means. (It means NO animal products btw) The "vegan" salad comes with cheese on it. Like "I'd like the vegan salad, can you make that vegan?" Anyways... They started using canned black olives a couple years ago and that marked the decline in quality to be honest. It makes it taste very American cafeteria. The hummus was very bland, no flavor. Just a little salt and garlic could help a lot. Maybe a lemon wedge with the salad, like seriously there's no "kick" of flavor to any of this stuff. I'm sad because this place actually used to be really yummy and I'm still clinging to that emotionally a little. RIP Evergreen Gyros, you used to slap.

The absolute worse Gyro that I have ever had. $68 wasted. Although the fries were crispy, I didn’t get the Greek fries that I paid for either.

I ordered the beef kabob platter. It was straight up horrible. The rice was obviously very old, like at least a couple days. The kebobs were bland. I didn't finish it. I actually went and ordered food from another establishment and threw most of my food away.

Come here!!!! We were traveling from Portland and stopped in super hungry and left super happy :) everyone who works here is extremely kind, they gave us awesome Olympia recommendations for our time here and even treated us to delicious chocolate baklava as a welcome to Olympia gift! Next time we’re in the area we will definitely be back!!

Service was quick and server was informative.Tzatziki sauce was not good and the so called lamb was terrible, I think it was the pre packaged lamb and beef from Costco.I was really looking forward to some good food.I don't like saying this but unless they revamp thereMain course it's a waste of time and money.

Hard to believe... this business could definitely do much better and survive with a little more attention to the true and wholesome composition of Gyros.

Tasty food and fast service. Love the lamb gyro and the baklava. Can't get enough of the tzatziki and always get some on the side to dip my gyro in for extra creamy goodness.

Evergreen Cafe has delicious and authentic Mediterranean food. I stopped in today with my husband. I've been impressed every time I've been there. The prices are quite reasonable. The restaurant itself is extremely clean and has a great atmosphere, the staff is friendly, and the owner is super nice. Probably one of my top five favorite restaurants in Olympia.
