My new go-to local spot for Korean food! Everything was absolutely delicious, portions were generous, service was quick and friendly. The bi bim bap was incredible, with every part mouth-watering on its own, and even better together. The owner was wonderful to talk to, answering questions I had about the banchan and giving me advice on how best to enjoy the meal. I will be coming back, with friends! Thank you for a lovely meal and a welcoming atmosphere.Vegetarian options: Great tofu, mushroom and vegetable options, well prepared and full of flavor. Not a boring, bad-textured, or flavorless vegetable in sight! Something for everyone.

My bibimbap meal at Hotstone was excellent, and so were the side dishes. While I wish it were located further north, places like Tacoma and up already have plenty of Korean restaurants. With Hotstone, few would need to drive further for a more-than-good Korean meal. I'm looking forward to visiting Olympia soon to try other handsome dishes like tofu soup that I saw others enjoying.

Great Korean food! We ordered a little more than usual because we wanted to try them all! Kimchee soup was spicy and funky while the seafood pancake had lots of seafood and was both crispy and gooey, lovely!! Side dishes were all great, just wanted more!

if you’re down in Thurston County and want to enjoy some authentic Korean cuisine, definitely stop at the Hotstone .. Great atmosphere Friendly service and honestly just order a bunch of little things and share , everything on the menu is really good!

This has to be one of my go to dinner choices in the downtown area. The food is always so good and never over seasoned. Any of the soups really hit the spot on a cold winter day. I’ll always be coming back for more!Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring the little ones.
Holy F. This has to be the best food I've had in a very long time, I had the basic sweet n sour chicken the wings, and egg rolls and fried dumplings. Again.. Holy F. I have to try EVERYTHING on that menu. And the woman so like walking into your aunties or grandma's house the energy the smell the smile and kind and actually genuine hello. I'm born and raised here and love these little hole in the wall joints. Absolulive it should have tried it sooner for sure!!!
