Service was slow and didnt take the order properly, the food was mediocre at best. The Service was subpar. Overly priced for horrible Service and food. We will no longer visit this place. 04/09/24 @830pm ish when we were there.

I eat here alot, I knew that today they would be packed. So I ordered online, well they charged more than advertised and when I ordered biscuits and gravy, they didn't give me the gravy. I called asking about it and they said there was nothing they could do about it. So I paid for a service I didn't get. That is called theft, do better.
IHOP isn't usually my favorite place to eat, but my kid loves it. I usually go to the IHOP on the west side. The exterior of this one always looks kind of grubby. We went here and I was very pleasantly surprised. It was absolutely spotless inside. They were well staffed and responsive. The food is exactly what you expect from IHOP so no surprises there. Good experience. Also a reminder for me to not judge a book by its cover.

More than any other aspect of our dining experience, our server, Shianne, was just wonderful! It was a very busy Sunday breakfast, but regardless of our request (more coffee, napkins, and syrup), she brought them to us immediately with a huge smile and happy attitude. Thank you, Shianne, for making our breakfast fabulous!Overall, the restaurant was very clean, including bathrooms, during the busy breakfast. We had very efficient service, with the food being served much more quickly than anticipated, based on the crowd. We loved that they leave a full carafe of coffee for you, with another brought when you need it. There is no need to try to catch the server's eye and ask for refills. The food was good pancake house fare, with more options than we thought possible (including vegetarian and gluten free, which were clearly marked).Overall, it was a great experience!Vegetarian options: Anything can be made vegetarian, with a very generous substitution policy.Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and gluten free clearly labeled.Parking: Large parking lot with plenty of spaces.Kid-friendliness: It's a family pancake house - kids are welcome!Wheelchair accessibility: Fully ADA compliant.
