I need to share this because I am beyond impressed. This restaurant uses door dash, but they always go above and beyond. Normally, a dasher will not contact you or care that the order is late. However, when a delivery may be even 5 minutes late, they call to let me know. This is unheard of and it shows that they truly care about the service they provide. In addition, the food is always well prepared and accurate. ALWAYS ORDER FROM HERE!

Over 100 minutes and still waiting for a sandwich that I don't even know if it's coming. I got a call around the hour mark with the response that "we're busy, but its coming" and "it'll be longer". Not even an attempt at saying how long, since he knew I'd cancel my order if he was honest. I called back after another 30 minutes and was told "we can't really track your order" and "if it's not there soon, call back. We can try to help then".Apparently approaching on the two hour mark for a single slim sandwich wasn't enough to warrant helping me.When your entire premise is "freaky fast" and this is the end result, I think it's safe to say that there's something seriously wrong.

The sandwiches are decent. The un-which is great. A little awkward to unwrap with the tape around it. And the way some subs are made, mayo on bread first then the meats and toppings. While you eat, the fillings side out with each bite. The bread is on the narrow side. Very thin sandwich.Parking: Easy in and outKid-friendliness: Kids are welcome

I went to pick up an online order for my daughter and the girl on the mic that night has yelling at us to using profanity and telling us how stupid we are for using the ••••app and we should just use the drive up like normal people because you still have to •••• speak to them anyway. Very unprofessional. I know night crew is hard work and is a lot of work but not yelling at customers and using profanity is not an excuse.
Takes them and hour sometimes longer every time I order my sandwich. I live 10 minutes away…

I would steer clear of this location. I don't even care for a lot of meat on my sandwich but two very thin slices that didn't even cover the entire sandwich seemed a bit greedy on their part. Probably trying to get you to go for the double meat sandwich I'm guessing. I definitely won't be returning to this location.

I'm not a frequent reviewer of places but this experience requires me to warn you- don't eat here! This was expensive and horrible. $12 for an 8" sandwich with barely any meat. I ordered their Cuban-themed 'which and if there was any bacon in there, I didn't taste it. The thin layer of ham was at least visible but disappointingly lacking. There was more mayo than anything else. Just a disappointing product. The deli counter at Haggens or Fred Meyer sell better product that is infinitely better looking and tasting.

I get lunch here about once a week. Today I placed an online order at 1:59, the order tracker said it was ready at 2:09. I stood there waiting until it was finally ready at 2:26. Spent my whole lunch break waiting.
