I used to love this place just for the goat cheese salad. This is the second time in a row leaving a poor review. Poor service, the salad was not at all good. The onions were super pungent and the garlic was raw not cooked and sweet. It was the waitresses first night. She was unfamiliar with the menu and the wine. The salad was bad. And she locked the doors behind us. Was she the only one there? We never saw any other employees. And the fireplace was not working. It was February???? Really poor experience.

Crab cakes are not what I would expect for crab lovers hear in the northwest. My fiancee loved the goat cheese salad but it failed to meet her expectations on this visit.

just rude, not only to customers but yelling in the kitchen could be heard.

We had our annual "boss buys breakfast " here today. The food was great. I had the crab cakes Benedict with grits and loved it. My colleague was curious if the grits were any good because she's from the south. They were thick and served with butter and delicious. My other coworkers (9 of us) all said their food was good. The server did a great job though I confess we were the only ones in the restaurant. The decor was pleasant as there were electric fireplaces one in each room. P.S. the floor was not sticky. I am definitely going back.

Fantastic service and delicious food. Atmosphere is dark and relaxing.

Large portions, and it's very good food, to boot! This place has been renamed the 702 Grill.

Excellent brunch! I had the chicken fried steak and my girlfriend had the vegetarian hash with the gluten free bread. I had the biscuits instead and we were both happy with the food and service. This is a wonderful place to eat!

Eggs benny and goat cheese are our favs. Staff is kind. Service can be slow. Presentation is on par. Great coffee.

This place used to be called Rockfish, and has recently changed their name. This place is amazing! They have a few different Benedict options, but their crab cake one is my favorite! Also their crepes are the best crepes I've ever had. Highly recommend!

If you appreciate edgy, sketchy establishments, this is your place. For openers, our shoes stuck to the floor indicating that it had been quite a while since the floors were stripped and/or cleaned. The menu lists many items that are "no longer available"? Judging from the "stickiness" of the menu covers, the menu hasn't been updated anytime this millennium! Sandwiches were somewhat greasy, yet tasty. The Dungeness crabs cakes were straight out of the Costco freezer and not memorable. About the only saving graces are: The wait staff was pleasant and efficient. The homemade potato chips were worthwhile. The microbrew Pilsner was excellent!

Walked into the restaurant and saw the chalkboards said “702 grill”, but the inside looked all the same. The waitress said they just took a few things off the menu, but everything else was the same. Well of course the breakfast jambalaya, my favorite thing to get, was one of the items that was axed. I ordered a large grapefruit juice to start out with, and was delivered a large glass of ice with grapefruit juice filling in the small gaps around the cubes. I then respectfully asked for no ice in my juice (it should go without saying?). The waitress shuffled around in the back, clearly audible, and brought back a half filled glass of juice. This pissed me off, not to mention the juice tasted like it had crushed up mint leaves in it. After that ordeal, I figured the food would still be good, however more expensive now that it’s the prestigious 702 grill. Food came out, and my friend who ordered the price inflated full sized biscuits and gravy was served what used to be the half portion when it was the rockfish. I had the chicken fried steak, which had good flavor, but was extremely chewy. Home fries were bland quartered potatoes. Long story long, I’m not a fan of whatever changes were made. This is a stingy, inferior version of what was my favorite breakfast place in town. It will be a while before I think about going back. Consider training or hiring a different waiting staff who can handle 4 tables of people without excessive waiting times.

Portions are way smaller and not as good as I remember. Kind of a bummer.

We came here for an Oly Rockfish dinner and learned that it is now 702 Grill. The menu is much reduced and quite expensive. We ordered minimal meals. Mine was OK, my husband’s salad had some bad cherry tomatoes, complete with obvious black spots. We are sorry for the changes and wish Oly Rockfish were back - because we won’t be.
