Olympia coffee roasters is one of the best coffee roasting companies in the entire country. If you don't believe me, Google it. They have received an incredible amount of recognition and awards for their size.
Very nice coffee shop with visible roastery in downtown Olympia, but with street only pay parking, and friendly but limited barista staff and serving counter - lines build up quickly during busy hours, but the beverages and pastries are excellent, and the atmosphere great if your a coffee or roastery fan.
