This place is awesome. They forgot our extra sauce once and they comped us a free pizza. Another time I placed the order wrong and they made us a fresh pizza how we wanted it. No extra charge. The manager is awesome. Thanks guys.

Probably the worst papa John’s I’ve went to yet. I went around 11am, there was one person there and he stood at the register for 5 minutes doing… something, I have no idea what was going on. When I got my pizza the dough was completely raw and stuck to the box. Do not recommend this store.

After waiting for over 5 minutes to just get helped by an employee I was told that my order was still being made and it would be another 10 minutes it was actually already done and the employee had looked directly at it when they told me it was going to be another 10 minutes. They aren't super busy so there was no excuse like that that could be used. This location could definitely use some more employee training this location could definitely use some more employee training

A person working the counter completely ignored me, and another person said they'd be right with me. So I finally left I guess it's Domino's tonight.
The pizza quality has plummeted in the last couple years, the last time I ordered the crust was worse than some frozen pizzas I've had. From what I've heard quality is declining across all Papa Johns, so maybe this location isn't the root of the problem.At this point the whole "better ingredients, better pizza" slogan is just a sad joke, I can't believe they still print it on their boxes.

UPDATE: I talked to a manager who was very apologetic and helpful and he immediately issued a remake and scheduled a delivery for tonight to replace our pizzas. Very professional and kind. Yes I will still be tipping the new delivery driver tonight as I know it was not their fault :)Thank you Papa JohnsAlso changed star ratings to accommodate updateWE WERE UNANLE TO EAT OUR FOOD and I called as soon as our order was delivered. He came in the kitchen with 3 boxes I told him no we only had 2 go get the driver the driver sped off b4 we could catch him. The extra pizza box was a box of half eaten pepperoni bacon and onion pizza so #1 that is so gross. And it was with our pizzas so I mentally can not eat this or give to my family. I tried to call at 10;01 pm but it was the we are closed message and was unable to leave a voice mail. This is so gross you guys!!!!!! This is not our pizza our order was #0051 made at 9:32pm 6/7/2023.We were also given our copy and merchants copy of the receipt which I will save for ypur records if u want .

I'm definitely starting to give up hope on Papa Johns. I got the cool ranch Papdilla didn't have much seasoning on it. I was given a half full container of cream filling for my Oreo dessert. Customer service was neither yeah or nah unfortunately ?

Showed up for mobile order. Was told "she's cutting it right now". Counter worker then went to another task. Pizza sat on ready table for 5 minutes of being ignored. Tried to get their attention kind of politely, but music in prep area too loud to hear a raised voice. Had to yell to get their attention. First and last time I'll be using this store.
The pizza is really good and fluffy.
