Papa Murphy’s has really gone downhill. We used to order from them all the time. But the value and quality has declined. We decided to give them another chance for our Christmas Eve dinner. Their “thin crust” was so thin it developed multiple holes during baking and melted pizza toppings all over our oven. And the cheese pizza is so cheaped-out on cheese, we have to add our own. Absolutely unacceptable! I’m sorry to say that after this final BAD experience, we’re done with them. Papa John’s has become our new go-to. Although it’s not take and bake, we get better quality and more value for a lot lower cost. And for less money WE DONT HAVE TO COOK IT!

What's better than a fabulous take and bake pizza? The fact that if you sign up on the website they give you a free one for your birthday. That's a ginormous happy moment!!I love that I can order a pizza anyway I like it (gluten free for me). There are happy humans working there hooking me up with pizza salad, soda and desserts!If you don't feel like getting in your car and going to pick it up, you can have it delivered right to your house. Ready to be cooked in your own oven.I gave five stars to the atmosphere because I always get to eat this pizza in my home!
Went in today halloween of all days said it would be 10 or 15 minutes for my pizza only took 7 minutes and they apologized for the wait good service fast and frindly definitely going back..

We were outside of our normal area (Rochester) and went to this location due to passing by on our way home. We really enjoy ordering from Papa Murphy's for many reasons due to fresh produce and meats. Also, we usually like to add extra mushrooms, veggies and jalapenos that we may have in hand! This location has absolutely stole our heart with their customer service, the way they take the time to fold the crust as a pie, if you will, and the very thought out placing of meat and veggies. We noticed that our thin crust pizza took half the time that we normally experience with Papa Murphy's due to how they made it thin but also a nice crust. I want to thank TASHA, the manager for developing a team that encompasses quality customer service and also production. Thank you, Tasha and team.

Might want to give pay raises to the employee there if they are going to monitor your parking. I was just there to grab a pizza that was already made , not to be told how to park. Her little remark just ruined it.

Food is usually on point, staff is usually courteous and friendly... But today, that was not the case for at least one staff member... She was incredibly rude and slamming things around non stop- so loud that the other employee couldn't even hear me, then she was asking questions rudely and rolling her eyes, scoffing at me "you're ordering more than one pizza?!?!" ....all this attitude just because I noticed they were open & still making pizzas for another customer & came in about 10 mins before closing (takes 5 minutes to make a couple pizzas!!!) .... If you didn't want anymore customers - say you're closed when they walk in!! Or lock the doors... Don't act like you're entitled to act so immaturely trying to intimate a customer and have such a nasty attitude.... Get another job if you can't handle customers properly!! I will be calling and talking to a management soon as possible.
