My Husband and I went to our 1 year wedding anniversary dinner there last night, the server we had was so rude, kept cutting us off and walking of mid speaking. We kept saying please and thank you. I couldn’t catch her name. Unfortunately. But she was skinny somewhat short and brown hair. She greeted the other guests nicely that sat behind us and Infront of us. It’s truly sad a nice dinner was ruined by such actions…. I wasn’t going to make a review but it’s still bothering me that we got mistreated for no reason as we were so polite the entire time. We didn’t get checked up on, we didn’t get asked for refills or if we needed anything. Please do better. We could have gone elsewhere but we were so excited to come to the Ram. Our dinner was ruined by her behavior. We got there around 7pm. Maybe that can see who was on shift. Our dinner we ordered was amazing tho. (Mozzarella sticks need improvements those where dry) the rest 10/10.

All I have to say about the Ram is - no matter what you get, you will not be disappointed. This trip, I had the 8 oz. Sirloin, with shrimp scampi and amazing garlic mashed potatoes (even the brocoli was steamed just right). We had a large group, so we had several appetizers: fried pickles, some Cajun chips, and some delicious cheese dip with tortilla chips. The service was great - our waitress and her team kept our drinks filled and attentive to clearing the tables while our group continued to visit. They have a great selection of craft and local beers, wines, and specialty drinks.Parking: Plenty of parking nearby, and neighboring parking lots for business that are closed after 5-6pm. (Like for a truck and travel trailer)

I paid extra to get the sweet potato fries. I told our waitress that I believed the fries were served up on my plate way before my nice and hot French dip. All she had to say was sorry about that. I thought maybe she would take off that extra charge but when we got the bill she did not. After we left I called and asked for the manager, I asked what their policy was and he said that she should have taken it off. So he credited us. I believe in telling the restaurant things like this instead of just not returning, how are they going to know. We will be returning we do like their food and my husbands favorite beer is there.

Came to the Ram for a birthday dinner. We came around 8:40 and was not seated or talked too. Waited about 10 minutes and nothing, so we let and took out service else where. You’d think since there a high restaurant they’d do better .
Tried a cup of the clam Chowder, which was okay. Then, I ordered the blue Mac n cheese but felt that it was worth the price.

Great Happy Hour specials. The brews are delicious, and the burgers and fries are terrific. The waitstaff members are all friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful (especially David).
