Jeff has amazing Cajun food!! Anyone from the south and craving flavor plus kick? Go see him! He has rotating specials everyday (you can see on his Facebook or text his number to ask) plus menu items like gumbo, catfish and chicken fingers. I personally love his special of fried crawfish also his ribs are amazing! Be sure to ask for the jumbo spicy if that’s your thing. His food truck is in the parking lot right past the car wash on main post

He was so nice and offers samples of everything to make sure you like what you are getting to eat. This is the perfect type of food for this weather. The freshly squeezed lemonade was delicious. Strongly recommend everyone tries it!

I ordered the shrimp po boy meal ($13.75) came with a side of either gumbo or jambalaya. Over price. Plain and simple. Want get my business. Wasn't impressed
GET THE GREENS! Top two I've ever had. The chicken was equally amazing. Crazy juicy, flavorful, and fresh to make my order. The dipping sauce, you dont even need, is awesome. I will be a frequent patron.

This place is a rip off. The food is a Cajun taste, but this guy is overcharging the service members for his product. Essentially I just paid $2.25 for French fries comparable in size to a kids meal. $11 for a fish gumbo 1/3 the size I could get at any normal Cajun restaurant as an entree.This food is not so notable that I’ll pay for it at such d*** pricing again.The Philippine food stand around the corner JaBogs gives a much better deal for the money.

I hear their foods are 5-star but the food truck has horrible hours, if ever open, and often runs out of food within minutes. And he's too slow to host a one-man show food truck. Poor business model!I would post pictures of his amazing dishes but I can never try them.
