So I’m a black woman. So is my 13yo dd. We came in to get some pie for family members that are experiencing difficulty rn. Zero greeting, even by the male staff member that passed twice in front of us.. we waited about 5 minutes and (as dd described) there was a middle aged, red haired woman giving me (mom) “the stink eye”. Again, as described by dd-“a mix between rbf and pure disgust”. This bothered my daughter, so we left (I didn’t notice). Was it a race thing?? A weight thing?? No idea, but it WAS something. I hope to find a more welcoming establishment that doesn’t embarrass the heck out of me, in front of my teen, as I try to encourage her that most ppl are good. Truly shameful. We went there today for lunch. We asked the host to get a highchair for my kid. He didn't bring the highchair over 5 minutes and deal with other customers. We had to stand in front of our table until our waitress came. And we asked to our waitress if we could get a highchair. She seemed very frustrated about what we asked for. She has really horrible attitude and complained about the guy was busy with other customers. He could also ask other employee get us high chair first before he deal with other customers.We don't think this place was super busy today. They don't know how to handle situations and they are rude toward customers.

It was good food and service. We didn't have to wait long for our burgers. I got the loaded baked potatoe soup and did not care for its texture. Otherwise, a good experience. They didn't get 5 Stars because, they met expectations, but didn't excede them.

The place was not busy that day. The food was good except the hashbrowns were a little on the burnt side, I like them on the crunchy side, but not burnt. The service was awesome she was very attentive, but not to the point that she was bothering me during my meal.

The server was great. We tipped her well. The food was lukewarm when it came out. My wife asked for it to be heated up. They tried but it wasn’t done correctly. It seemed the food was not cooked for enough time. That’s pretty gross. Getting lukewarm undercooked food is gross.
