Not very well equipped for WC access but there is a way. My family enjoyed a lunch meal, good size portions, it's also a saloon but we were served in a section that didn't feel saloony, but rather a rustic dining area. I think children are Allowed in the area until music or dancing starts. Whatever the state law allows them. Pricing was in the ballpark of what we expected, approx $50+ for three entree lunches, couple beers, ice tea, and a 20% tip. I had an alt sand (burg dip) not on the menu, my bro went for the meatloaf, cleaned his plate, and my sister in law had the fish and chips, and enjoyed it commenting it wasn't greasy like she often got at other places. I gave the four stars for atmosphere only because of the tough WC entrance for my brother and the decor, horse and stable theme were rather dusty, I suppose adding to the authenticity of the theme , but could have still been in theme if dusted a bit. Mid summer and no flies.Parking: Plenty of off road parkingWheelchair accessibility: As mentioned above. Available but just a vendor delivery ramp and hard to maneuver for chair and companion driver

I was in your establishment about 2 months ago. I was sitting at the bar. I was with a couple of fellow veterans. After having some food and drinks, I left and went home. Some days later I got a message from my credit card company (Capital One) asking if I authorized a gratuity(tip) on my card. I couldn't remember at that moment because it so happens that my credit cards had all been hacked some months prior on trip. As a precaution I told the bank that I had been to the Silver Saloon and I always like to give a decent tip. (Btw, I have worked in hospitality and I know how difficult it can be dealing with guests). However, the tip seemed a bit excessive (about 50%); it was like $30-35 tip, so it raised a red flag for Capital One. So during the week, I went to the Silver Saloon to try and clear the confusion. I can't remember who I spoke with but it was a female who was (I believe) working behind the bar. She seemed offended by my request to adjust the gratuity. She told me it could not be done. I have been in the restaurant business for many years and I know it can be done. So I said no problem I understand and I left a message and my information. I called my credit card and explained that I had been to your establishment to "clear the air" because the credit card company always asks to try to settle a dispute with the seller or the business in question before I reach out to Capital One. So I did that. I told the credit card company that I wanted to leave a tip but I believe Capital One went ahead and recovered the whole bill (including the tip). I never asked them to do that. As a matter of fact I am assuming that that is what they might have done. I will have to go back a couple of months and see on my monthly statements. This being said, I went back and deleted my original review of my experience at Silver Saloon. Last night when I was there, I went to say hello to the two veterans and a female friend. It was pretty obvious that Dana was clearly upset to say the least. Upset because of what occurred two months prior which is what I described above. I believe I was unfair without going into too much detail. I was out of sorts because I was ill and the medication I was taking was very strong. It might have even affected my judgment. (Both of the veterans that were there last night can attest to what I'm saying). Just ask them. Now back to the "revised" review of Silver Saloon and my prior experiences at your establishment. I want to say that my review is not an effort to get in your good graces; I still don't expect to ever set foot in your bar again. However, I am not doing this to get in anyone's good graces but because it's RIGHT THING TO DO. I can say that, other reviews just confirm what I have always believed: the energy at the Silver Saloon is magnificent the energy is real the people are simple humble with great characters great stories funny situations all in good fun no bad vibes all good energy!!! I have not ever had a bad experience there. The situation that I described above was not a bad experience for me. It was a learning experience. There was some confusion and things got blown out of proportion. For that, my sincere apologies. Hopefully I'll have the opportunity to redeem myself in the eyes of the staff because they're all hard-working people. They have all my respect. Best of luck.Andrew J.

I believe this place likes to make extra money by selling breakfast but it's not worth the time. Seems to be a fun place after hours but also seem like the cook in the morning didn't get enough sleep from the night before. But very friendly people up front.

I was joining two casual friends for dinner here, this evening. I pass this place regularly, but had never been in before. The first tip off may have been that at 6pm we were the only patrons, including the bar. The man I presume is the owner and possibly the cook was pleasant and the waitress who served us was very accommodating. Unfortunately, this is where everything went down hill. One of my dinner companions couldn't order her first two choices as they were out of the primary ingredient for those two dishes, and ended up ordering a breakfast. My other dinner companion ordered the same 10 oz. top sirloin dinner that I did. The steak was cooked as each of us had ordered, rare for me, medium well for the other. The steak couldn't have been more than 1/2 an inch thick, and to be truthful, I'm not sure what cut of beef it was, and I know cuts of beef. Between fat and tendon, perhaps 6oz. was editable. With a side salad and one glass of wine, and a decent but modest tip, my dinner came to $42, very overpriced in relation to several other local restaurants, (Well 80 and Fire Creek, come to mind) have better food, better ambience and are cheaper. The online menu is very different than the current menu.I will not be returning.

My daughter and I drive past Silvers every week and finally had time to stop. It seemed that they may have been a little short staffed that night as it took a little while to get served but according to my teenager it was “worth the wait”, exclaiming that “those poppers are the bomb!” Plus reports that the chicken strips basket was,”banging”. Our server was great too! Cosy place for some comfort food with a down home feel.

Great breakfast food! Very friendly staff! Make sure to ask which Cook is working. One is great for breakfast and the other for the dinners and lunches!! Will be back again.

The other night I was waited on by Dana at the bar. Two veterans and myself were having some wings and some drinks. I ordered the bill and left a $30 tip on my credit card; I normally like to leave cash as a tip. I had my share of alcohol (and did not realize the tip was more than 30%). That sent red flags to my credit card company Capital One. Capital One actually "caught" the error and notified me. A few days later I went into Silver Saloon and approached Desireé (a different bartender). Desiree said she would speak to Dana and get back to me. When Desiree returned the call she said that it was not possible to reverse the tip. That once it was done they couldn't reverse it because they were running on quote unquote old system. I don't believe that's true. Personally $30 won't make or break me as a matter of fact I left $15 and took $15 off the tip which I felt was fair but I think in the end the Silver saloon will lose in a big way. I have no intention of ever going back to that establishment. I'm sure the owner is not going to be happy. As a matter of fact when Desiree called she left a voicemail saying it was just not possible and sorry it's not possible bye something to that effect. She wanted me to believe that once that tip is put in there's no way to take it off which of course is absurd. Again they lose more than I do. There are plenty of places and way nicer for me to go in Olympia and surrounding areas. I only feel bad for the owner because my brother owns restaurants and I know how hard an owner works. What a shame. Andrew.

Needed a different breakfast place, was starting to get in a food rut. Thought this place sounded different. Good food. Good service. Decent sized servings. Damn fine bloody Mary. Overall a very pleasant experience. Will absolutely go again.

The biscuits and gravy are an easy 10 out of 10, the eggs are so creamy and amazing that if it weren't for the potatoes, the meal would've been a solid 5 stars. They weren't bad by any means, they were just lackluster beside the eggs and biscuits and gravy. This has a classic western saloon feel and the staff is friendly. I feel like this could easily obtain a 5 star rating of they polished their game a little. Overall, highly recommend if you're looking for some delightful breakfast.

My wife and I were taking a trip to Portland, OR. We saw this place on our way down from Seattle. The place is great. All the decorations and people that create a saloon atmosphere. Our host/waiter was polite and cheerful. The food was great, filling, and cheap. We'll make it a point to stop here again when we make a trip back down to OR.

I'm being generous with 2 stars. Most of the menu items are not available at dinner. Only 1 steak was available, the 10 oz sirloin, which was 4 to 5oz at most. Spoke to bartender about it and he said he'd talk to the cook, which never happened. The fries were good and the drinks are great, but will never order food there again.

Everything I ordered was perfect except one of the meals, it was a ham scramble with cheddar and I asked for no cheese which they got right but, it came with onions and mushrooms and no ham and half of the toast was burnt. Must’ve just been an odd ball order usually excellent quality as I saw with the other meals I ordered.

Have been here three times and each time the service gets worse. You definitely get treated differently if your not a regular especially in the bar. Ordered a 10oz sirloin..haha it was at best a 4oz for $27.00 the best part of the meal was the loaded baked potato. It was the worse service I've received in a long time will never go back and will make sure I don't recommend this place to anyone else..if your not a regular patron don't go here.

We came here in the late morning so the place was on the empty side and a little cold. The food was on the salty side and not great, but filling. I had the western burger which could have used a sweeter bbq sauce and the patty seemed not so much fresh as it was manufactured. My sister's cow pie was like a shepherd pie without the potato crust and it was a bit vinegary. Even the food was okay, the place looks like it would be a blast during the brunch hours and at night. They have Taco Tuesdays , Prime Rib Fridays, karaoke on weekend nights and live music in the summer. Cant wait to come back for those events and that will definitely earn an extra star from me if those events are as fun as the bar scene was when we left. The staff was super courteous and friendly. This place is clearly a local type hangout and seems like a fun place to meet people.
